朝食は必要最低限が整えられていて美味しかったです。コーヒーのサービスや、ジムもあり、設備も良いです。フロントの人も感じの良い女性達で、是非また来たいです。

Hotel is clean, nice place to stay. Inconvenient access to parking and no carts available for luggage.

We found that the breakfast has deteriorated greatly. No fruit. Previously there was glass dish ware and stainless cutlery. Now just single use plastic. I appreciate having good, old fashioned oatmeal available, but the 4 oz styrofoam bowl was completely inadequate.

Property was nice and convenient to any downtown locations. Parking across the street was super convenient. Heat in the room was not super hot. Had set to 72 but room could not go past 66 on a cold January night. Needed a sweater on.

Room was not ready upon arrival. No context made to try to even advise us. It was 1 hour and 15 mins overdue. Sleeper sofa mattress was dirty. I did review with property upon check out. A discount should be offered. Won’t be staying here again.

The staff were all amazing! I didn't catch the lobby manager's name, but he was fantastic. He took pictures for us and even at us up a little hot chocolate bar. The valet drivers were also great and hustled to have our car in and out quickly. The lobby area of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous!

It was convenient to stay there for one night when traveling in for a show. I can say that the breakfast buffet was the worst tasting food we've ever had at a hotel. We were hungry after a long night and went to eat somewhere else.

The hotel staff were very friendly and professional.
The room was clean.
Poor location of shower door. You have to go into the shower to turn the water on. Cold blast of water was a wake-up, indeed.
The problem I had was parking. I drive a full size pickup, so valet was out of the question. I ended up having to park in a pay lot. The problem with that is that my card got hacked because i downloaded the QR code at the lot. Parkers beware.
Other than those issues, my stay was pleasant.

It was a beautiful hotel, a large room and centrally located. The two things that kept it from a 5 start review were as follows: The bathroom sink had a glass globe missing from one of the sconces. It was a bit glaring at mirror and should not have been left exposed. The other was the bathroom. The toilet was so close to the door you had to squeeze in beside and then close the door. It was too small and inconvenient, it may have just been our room. The rest of the hotel was great.

Moldy smelling, dirty. Kitchenette was gross. Stainless Steel appliances - dirty sinks dirty. Coffee pot was moldy smelling. Holes in lampshades.

The staff is wonderful at this hotel. The Valets are amazing and so friendly. We reserved a suite. Our bed was relatively comfortable but soon realized our blanket/comforter was a mattress pad…. My son decided to stay with us as he is a student at Xavier University. We pulled out the sofa bed and quickly realized there was no sleeping on this bed. The springs were pretty much poking thru and the sink in the middle was horrible. My son ended up Ubering back to school to sleep. It is a pretty historic building and with some attention to detail could be great!!
