非常滿意，酒店服務人員非常友好

位於市中心的時尚老建築，建於 1900 年代初，健身房很大，但很破舊，房間很小，幾乎沒有窗戶隔熱層，房間只根據要求進行整理，工作人員不關注顧客，心煩意亂。總而言之：不推薦。

The service was excellent! Super clean and convenient. Had both dinner and breakfast and both were wonderful! A beautiful hotel and I would highly recommend it.

I was Not impressed at all and felt was way over priced. Beds were OK. Room could have been cleaner dust and dirt around edges. Pulled out the fold out bed and had to clean old food off before I let the grand kids sleep on. Room was missing a curtain and the ones that were there were not matches. Then about half way through the night the AC unit was making a racket. Over all we will not be back.

This Hotel was the most overpriced place I've ever stayed. Very outdated and not clean. The rooms were comical, bathroom was terrible, we didn't even want to shower in there. I paid $350.00 for one night, this is at best a $150.00 a night place.

We arrived at the hotel at 4:30 because check in was at 4 they would not let us check in due to a “linen shortage” so we stood in the lobby with our bags because new seating was available due to everyone one else trying to check in also waiting to check in. We finally got to check in 2 and a half hours later go up to our room to find that it smelled like smoke and the sheets were dirty the baseboards were falling apart and the carpet was stained. We left the hotel for dinner and as soon as you left the building to walk it smelled like **** and we never felt safe in town. Overall a very unpleasant experience and very disappointed the the hotel did nothing to address the situation I would give this hotel a 0 out of 5 stars if it was a option

I was in town for the Taylor Swift concert. I assumed my hotel would have a parking spot for me but they did NOT! They said the valet parking was full and I got there 2 hours before check in time. So, we had to find another parking lot and paid $60 and had to renew the parking at 4 a.m. the next day for another $60. And the concierge was rude about the whole situation. And there was an ant in the bathroom and we ran out of toilet paper while we were there. There was no spare roll in the room. Disappointing... hotel was conveniently located the Paycor Stadium and restaurants.

The overall experience we didn't like, the room was not wedel kept, the dining in the hotel, was terrible, wasn't allowed to control the heat, so we were cold the entire night.

Multiple outlets did not work, the food ordered from room service was horrible, and it was extremely overpriced. I’ve seen better bathrooms in an Outback restroom than what was available in our King Studio
