Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt, alles gut erreichbar. Vor dem Hotel war leider eine Baustelle mit viel Lärm die ganze Nacht. Frühstück ein Witz, selbst für amerikanische Verhältnisse. Preis Leistung stimmt hier nicht.

We had great service from the front desk host named Kesha. She welcomed us by name everytime she saw us. She was so friendly, recommended Cinncinnati known things to see, experience, or try. We found each recommendation very enjoyable. She made us smile each time we saw her.

Pros: cheap self- parking in garage (garage is right before you get to hotel…$7/day), super friendly and helpful staff, continental breakfast—fresh fruit and waffles were divine! Cons: the AC seems to be one of those that is pre-set no matter how far you turn it down. Our room wouldn’t go below 70 degrees which is fine, but I’m pregnant and like to sleep in COLD air conditioning lol

Concierge could not have been better. They allowed us to store our bags so we did not have to carry them around Downtown all day. Very kind and friendly staff all around. We parked our car with the valet and the area was very walkable, close to public transit.

The Hotel itself was very nice. The area around it was not the best but it was within walking distance to the riverfront which was very nice. Staff at hotel were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious

We only stayed for one night but the property was clean, the front desk employees friendly and informative and it was right in downtown Cincinnati!

Conceive staff were so welcoming! And give us great suggestions for dinner and night life. Breakfast was perfect!

We checked in Saturday afternoon, I believe the woman who checked us in was named Christina. I remember she said she recently moved back to cincy from Indianapolis. She was very nice and helpful! Hotel was very clean, room was very clean, comfy bed, water was hot. Having a fridge and microwave is always a plus when traveling. We stayed in a king corner room on the 6th floor. Lots of bright windows with a good view. We opted for parking in a lot at the corner of Elm and Seventh instead of doing the valet at the hotel, that saved quite a bit of money and was only a block away. Only complaints are that none of the king rooms have bathtubs and that all of the breakfast items kept running out before they got a chance to get restocked. Other than that it’s a wonderful hotel and the location is close to so many things!

Everything was good until we came down for breakfast. There was no food out but sausage patties and when we tried to make waffles the lady that was working the area told us not to make any that we will burn them like the person prior on the other waffle machine. I sprayed the iron to make the waffle and they lady turned her head and rolled her eyes at us talking under her breath. Our waffles came out perfect as we did not leave them the complete time.

The apartment was very nice and so was the staff. They had a good selection for breakfast.

Front desk was sooo helpful and informative. Welcoming. As always, Marriott mattresses sre the best!

I have stayed in a few hotels in downtown Cincinnati, and this has become my favorite. It’s in a central location, staff is friendly and responsive, you get a small suite with refrigerator/stove/dishes, and lots amenities including a pool, fitness center and game room. Can’t beat it for the price!

The woman at the front desk was the best ever!! She was so nice and helpful. The smile on her face was contagious! The room was nice and clean and the game room, gym, and pool were great! We would definitely stay again!
