If it wasn’t for the doorman I wouldn’t reviewed at all. The doorman is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He pointed us in the right direction every time we asked. The restaurant and bar have the worst service I’ve ever experienced and the food was overpriced and ice cold. Do everyone favours (including the staff) and eat drink somewhere else! Our room had some wiring problems, lights going off and on, the alarm clock was broken.asked front desk to fix but then when I walked away I saw them making fun of me so I just politely said nevermind. After one day of returning to a cleaned room with new waters, towels, and coffee stocked we were surprised with all of it missing. Again, called and asked for more towels as we didn’t have any now. I guess with these resort fees you only get this stuff once during your stay unless you ask.
