博蒙特酒店(The Beaumont Hotel)

Beautiful Hotel in the heart of Mayfair, in art deco style. Excellent location and exemplary service, from concierge to reception, the whole staff in general was very kind and attentive. We were given an upgrade to a room with a terrace on the top floor, the size was just what we needed and really enjoyed the stunning views from the terrace! Me and my husband had dinner in the restaurant; the ribeye and the steak tartare were just superb, paired with a bottle of Sancerre Rouge, suggested by the sommelier Giorgio. Highly recommended for couples and family escaping the mondane. Would definitely come back!

As I sit in the lounge enjoying my final cappuccino at The Beaumont, I was compelled to pull out my phone and ensure I took the time to give them a outstanding review. I can honestly say, this is my new favorite city hotel - in the world. It is flawless. The attention to detail is unparalleled. With a boutique feel but professionalism, amenities and service to rival any larger 5 star property, you are never left wanting or needing for a thing. The staff are incredible, so lovely, genuine and helpful without being over bearing. The afternoon tea, bar, and restaurant are perfection - and the room service is the speediest I've ever encountered. I even called down for cookies one night long after the hour cookies were on the menu (thank you jet lag) and within minutes they were at my door. The gym is thoughtful and has everything you need, and the spa even includes a hair salon for quick blowouts. 🎉 As a Virtuoso travel advisor I have been lucky enough to stay at some incredible properties over the years, and I will undoubtedly recommend The Beaumont to anyone who will listen 🤩 Can't wait to come back!

Un bon accueil avec un service rapide dans cet hôtel, très beau cadre. Nous sommes venus pour un afternoon tea. Le tea time est très bien. C'est frais et copieux. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et apprécié le repas. Je recommande vivement.

I made an online booking directly on The Beaumont Hotel, London website in July of this year for prepaid accommodation. At the time of the booking my credit card was declined by the Hotel’s website. I then made a booking with an alternative Hotel in London. Two months after the booking was attempted I got an email from The Beaumont Hotel in London informing me that the booking is still active but would be cancelled in 24 hours if no payment is received. As I have made alternative arrangements and was informed by The Beaumont Hotel in their latest email that they WOULD CANCEL my booking if it is not paid within 24 hours I did not respond to the email. Three days AFTER the email I received from the Beaumont they went ahead and deducted the full amount from my credit card. MY ARGUMENT is as follow - using alternative examples - If one does an online booking for a nonrefundable airline ticket and at the time of the booking the credit card is declined the transaction is null and void. The airline does not keep the booking open and then still bill you months later for the price of the ticket after they have informed you that the ticket will be cancelled. The same is true if one makes the booking for a non refundable room through an online booking service. If a person's credit card does not go through at the time of the booking ,the booking is also null and void. I contacted the hotel the day after the incident to object. The hotel reprentative informed me that it was a prepaid booking and therefore non refundable. I then send repeated emails to object- stating that they took payment 1. Months after the original booking was made, and 2. after they informed me in writing that the booking was cancellend on the 22nd of September I have not had any respons from The Beaumont up to now although I have send a number of emails.

We have been frequenting your hotel for many years now and it never fails to make us feel very much at home in London. We so appreciate everyone’s contribution to making our stay so comfortable. From Isabella at the front desk, Tatiana each morning at breakfast, and John and Costin at the front door who do just about anything with a smile! These are just a few names but truly, everyone can be mentioned. We will be back a couple more times in August when I can tell you this in person but until then, I wanted to send this email to express our sincere gratitude.

The Beaumont was sensational. Recommended by a friend who made me change from another hotel; so glad we did. Everything about it was terrific, with an incredible location but very quiet. The staff were so lovely, and an unexpected chauffeur trip at the end of our stay to the railway station was such a nice touch.
