We stayed 2 nights in a deluxe queen room and there was nothing deluxe about it. The room was so out dated and old. The only deluxe thing a noticed was that it was written on the toilet paper wrapper. The room rate was $195/ night which had to be paid prior to arriving. The door to the unit was so dodgy with a got inch of movement in it when it was shut. The bed was so hard and the air conditioning unit would wake the dead. The bathroom facilities are from the 70/80 era with a shower curtain still in play. And a tight squeeze to use the toilet. Just so outdated for the room rate they are charging expected it to be much better. Have stayed in much better for less. Little to know customer service either. Very disappointing.
