I booked 5 nights at The Hotel Brussels for a room with 2 twin beds and a sofa. It was originally for my sister and I, but we had another sister join in last minute. We ended up staying in Paris the first night, so we didn't even use the room that night. The second night we did not even arrived until after midnight due to delays with the train. What should've been a quick trip from Pars to Brussels ended up being quite the adventure! We were exhausted to say the least. The 2 front desk personnel were very helpful and understanding when we checked in. The elevators are small so we separated to go up to the room. I got up first. My sisters came up about 5-10 minutes behind me with a rude and condescending manager. Apparently they were having trouble at the elevator and the manager stopped and asked what they needed. When my one sister told him that I went ahead of them with the key, the manager asked them with how many were staying in the room. She told him 3 and, this is crazy to even have to type, but do you know this man called security! He proceeded to tell her that he needed security so she could understand the ”severity” of the situation (of seeping 3 to a room with 2 beds and a sofa). He even tried to get loud and indignant with my sisters. He caught on quickly that that sort of unnecessary bullying just wasn't going to work (one sister is a 65 yo retired engineer and the other is a 60 yo, all but dissertation educated, inner city public high school teacher, and I myself am a 40 yo registered nurse and mom of teens lol). He and security proceeded to escort them to the room where he then explained to me that we would need to purchase another room for the night for the 3rd person. Problem is that they didn't have any rooms available except their $1000+ / night superior suite. Comical. Remember, it was after midnight when we arrived. By the time all had died down with this manager and going back and forth with the front desk, staff coming back and forth to our room it was after 2am. The end result was we stayed in the room that night because they didn't have another room available that wouldn't cost my first born child. They intended for us to pay for a second room for the remaining 3 nights but i could not with good conscious give them a penny more of my money. So, we told them one of us would leave and the other 2 would stay.... put a do not disturb sign on the door, and got the hell out of there first thing in the morning. They say they were all booked up and couldn't offer any real assistance other than for us to pay something crazy for a second room. So we kept our room booked up :) and booked another room (which we all 3 stayed) at B&B Hotel Brussels Centre Louise which was such a clean, fun and welcoming experience close to many delicious restaurants within a very short walking distance. - Location is amazing: This hotel is incredibly well placed. Roughly 2 minutes walk from Gare Central, and also 2 min from Grand Place. Everything that matters in Brussels is a stone throw away. - Hotel is gorgeous: This a 17th century building. That means it’s gorgeous. That however comes at a cost. Elevators do not service every floor so watch out if you have heavy luggage because they don’t have a bellman to help you. - Our room was big: We booked a big room. By big I mean 3 times the size of a normal European hotel room. It was beautiful and bright. - Breakfast was so so: the breakfast is good if you are having it for couple days. Selection is limited so it gets pretty boring if you stay longer. - Internet is awful: I will probably never stay in this property again even though it is quite nice. Our room had horrible internet access. By bad I mean, speed at less than 2G, if it worked and it mostly didn’t. By the end of the trip the reception gave us a portable hot spot which somehow helped. Management blamed it on building being old but truly in this day an age no internet access is deal breaker for me.

Great central location, great bed, great shower. I specially liked the heater in the bathroom. Room is small with only open shelving, but for 2 nights that‘s manageable. Tiny desk, so not for work. Very nice people. But why does the cleaning staff exchange towels even if they sit on their pegs? This seems to be a global phenomenon, but it‘s more irksome if they do it in so called ecofriendly places.

位置真的很好! 工作人員非常友好和樂於助人! 房間很舒適,乾淨,但有點吵。我可以聽到隔壁房間的每一個聲音^^但沒什麼大不了的 免費咖啡吧很好&方便 熱水也提供24小時。 我回來布魯塞爾時還會住這家酒店!

交通便利，機場巴士直達。前台幾位員工熱情友好，有問必答。房間寬敞，有廚房廚具可燒飯，性價比高，下次到布魯塞爾，還會住在這酒店。

位置很好，也有電梯就是有點少，毛巾淋浴露風筒都有包，就是燈光挺暗的。牀架挺舊，因為是鐵的所以發出不少聲音，這個價錢也沒有甚麼好期待的。 第一次房間有水從天花板滴下來，跟櫃檯説了立即幫我們換了一間，這點挺讃

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Diamant Suites Brussels EU hotel from February 19 to 25. Based on my previous stay there, I had high expectations for my stay, but unfortunately, I was met with a series of issues that severely impacted my overall experience. Firstly, the customer service at the hotel was exceptionally poor. The staff seemed uninterested and dismissive, and I encountered several instances of rudeness and unhelpful attitudes. I felt unwelcome and like my concerns were a burden. Additionally, the housekeeping standards were unacceptable. In that hotel, the bed sheets are changed once every five days, leaving them feeling unclean and unsanitary. This is a far cry from the typical standards of hotel cleanliness. On top of that, the supplies in the suites are old and should be replaced. Most concerningly, the hotel experienced extended power outages. I was left without electricity for almost the entire day. No clear explanation was provided for these outages, and no apologies were offered for the inconvenience caused. These issues significantly detracted from my stay and caused me much frustration and discomfort. My recommendation, AVOID this hotel!

完美的體驗，周邊環境安全又方便，整個酒店的服務和裝潢印象深刻，留下了美好的回憶，床品很棒，符合我的需求，最想説的是所有服務人員都很親切友好，下次再到布魯塞爾的不二選擇。
