We were explicitly instructed by the staff not to engage in normal conversation within our room; instead, they demanded we whisper. This was an entirely inappropriate and unprofessional manner in which the front desk addressed us. Throughout the night, we were subjected to harassment through phone calls and incessant knocks on our door. I strongly advise potential guests to steer clear of this establishment at all costs. Regrettably, we have traveled and lodged in numerous hotels, spanning the spectrum from motels to high-end luxury accommodations. This particular experience was, without a doubt, the most abhorrent we’ve encountered. We endured continual insults and disrespect from the moment we checked in. In fact, we promptly checked out upon receiving new room keys because our previous ones had been deactivated by the staff. It’s crucial to emphasize that we are not criminals; we traveled all the way from Toronto to celebrate Thanksgiving. However, thanks to the staff’s actions, our Thanksgiving celebration turned into an utterly unpleasant experience. Furthermore, I would like to address the hotel’s response, which claims to have received complaints from neighboring rooms about noise. I want to emphatically state that we did not play loud music or engage in disruptive behavior during our stay. These complaints are unfounded and appear to be fabricated. It is disheartening to hear that we were subjected to such unwarranted accusations. We expected a peaceful and enjoyable stay, and instead, we endured harassment and false accusations throughout our time at your property.

Booked via Wyndham for 152 CAA rate for a night. Checked in around 5 PM. Room provided on 4th floor had a king bed, old leather sofa, LCD TV (Roku friendly), fridge, microwave, clean bathroom with tub, not much of a view (Costco accross street). Breakfast was typical super 8, mainly carbs (Bagel, bread), some hard boiled eggs, cereals. some fruit salad, prepacked muffins, juice. The pool is the same as the super 8 in Ste-Agathe and St-Jerome, shallow, with a water slide for the kids. There is a small gym with some cardio equipment. Plenty of parking and good shopping around...

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec 2 lits mais on a eu une avec un lit. pas de chambre avec 2 lits disponible. notre preuve officielle de réservation par courriel prouvait bien la réservation pour 2 chambres. les draps n'avaient pas été changés, la chambre de bain pas lavée. pas de femme de ménage attitrée à notre chambre (manque de personnel). nous avons nous-mêmes lavé la chambre et mis les draps. la barrure de la porte-patio était brisée. l'employé à la réception a fait ce qu'il a pû, mais encore 2 jours plus tard nous n'avions toujours pas été remboursés ou compensés pour notre forte mauvaise expérience à cet hôtel. à noter, déjeûner chaud apprécié de toute la famille.
We stayed at the hotel October 14-15, 2023. The hotel experienced a power outage that resulted in us not having power for 13 of the 16 hours we were guests. The power went out at ~10pm when we were still awake, we woke up at midnight because our room was very warm due to the air condition being out as a result of the power still being out. When we spoke with the front desk staff, the staff member did not share our concern and said someone would be coming in the morning to deal with an electrical issue. We explained since the outage was localized to our side of the hotel on the first floor, we thought the problem was a breaker that literally just needed to be switched off and on again. We were told no staff member on site had a key to the breaker room, which is a concern in case of emergency. We felt like we were held hostage in our room because the staff member also told us that if we left the room locked (we'd propped the door open to go talk to them), we might not be able to get back in, since there's no manual way to open the door if the key pad is not working. We couldn't leave because we couldn't pack in the dark. We also couldn't do anything in our room due to the power outage and were unable to sleep because the room was so hot without A.C., we sat in the dark for hours. Finally, the breakfast at the hotel was awful. The dishes were dirty, the cream for the coffee expired and became all chunky when poured in, and my wife got sick from what she ate. When we explained the above at checkout, we were informed that the front desk staff couldn't do anything about the above issues and were unable to compensate us for the very poor experience. The staff took no initiative at all to try and contact a manager or come up with any solutions. When we asked to speak to a manager, they took our information and told us that management would reach out. No manger contacted us, despite our repeated attempts to contact them by phone and email. We reached out to both the Sales Manager (Sabra) and the General Manager (Lucie Bergeron) repeatedly, as well as the general email for the hotel and received no reply. Over two months later, through our persistence, we were put through to Sabra Rezigue who was quite rude and was in a hurry to get us off the phone. Sabra said that our multiple emails had ended up in her spam folder and she did not receive them (despite our cc'ing multiple emails at the hotel). She did not have any good explanation for staff that were successfully emailed not making any attempt to contact us back or forward our complaint to a manager. She attempted to blame Hydro Quebec for the power outage despite our explaining that the problem was only in our wing of the hotel and the rest of the hotel had power. Ultimately, Sabra told us that she had to deal with another client and cut the call short. We were not contacted by Sabra again despite her assurance that she would get back to us same day and were only compensated a refund of half t
I had a family event to attend and was in Boucherville for only one night. Everything just worked well for my needs. Great staff, great room and great location. Although brief, my stay was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this as a hotel.
