This was our 2nd stay at Hotel Club Siroco and we have booked again for March, and again in November in 2025. The hotel was clean, the rooms were excellent, for what you paid for. The food was delicious (I'm vegan and there were always plenty of options). The best part of our experience was the staff, who were friendly and very helpful! Rooms: We stayed in a two-bedroomed non-serenity apartment and it had two balconies, a seating area, a pleasant bathroom and a small cooking area, with everything you need if you're self-catering. The cleaners are fantastic and the room service is speedy. (view from our balcony attached) Food and drink: Positives: Lovely coffee from the machines, delicious evening meals, hearty breakfasts (if you're wanting English style, they got you covered, but come on... you're in The Canary Isles, stop eating bacon and eggs!) A wide range of fresh breads, fruits and continental style foods. Negatives: The juice isn't great (I bring my own to breakfast) and they turn off the coffee machines during dinner; we don't drink alcohol, so it would be nice to have something to drink with our meals. Some of the food can have too much salt added (scrambled egg was sometimes inedible, and the steaks were heavily salted). Let us season our own food! Some people have complained about the pool not being heated, and it is NOT heated, take my word for it, but this is NOT a problem. Get yourself in and in 5 mins you won't want to come back out. Others have mentioned no air conditioning, and there is NO air con, but I'm sure both of these help keep costs down (even though Lanzarote is effectively a volcano and they could produce energy for free, but use oil and gas). Location: The location was excellent, as it was really quiet, being on the tail end of Av. De Las Islas Canarias. That meant no through traffic (no taxis, coaches and drunken party people), and miles away from flight paths. No kids + no noise = relaxation. If you want to be closer to the action, expect more noise. Hire a car; cheap, park outside the hotel, and the only way to explore Lanzarote. Some feedback: Turn on the coffee machines at dinner. Please. Please please please open the pool earlier! WE ALL WANT IT OPEN EARLIER! (I have read the reviews). It opens at 10am, and if you've just had breakfast at 8am, you have to wait in your room for about 90mins before it opens. Just open the pool an hour earlier. I can see ZERO downside to this. Open it up at 9am. Please :) Hotel Club Siroco is a lovely hotel, with beautiful people, great food and a peaceful location. This is why we will always stay here when in Lanzarote. I'd give it 4.5 stars.

I have been lucky enough to stay a many hotels good and bad but I have never seen such a awful excuse for a hotel. The room was unbelievably dirty and very tired and made me feel sick being in them! Everything in that hotel looks dirty and broken including the pool area's, oh and good luck getting a sun lounger thats not broken or covered in dirty bodies. I was so upset that I called the rep and refused to stay a second night as it was making me and my girlfriend ill. The area were hotel is based looks like Baghdad do please please avoid this place at all costs. If you want a nice place to visit go over to pota del Carmen we're it's completely different as soon as we got there we bothed breathed I sigh of relief! Not one to complain but had to get this out there.

Just back from a week here. The holiday was wonderful from start to finish. It’s perfect for families with children. Such a beautiful location and not far from the beach (if you do decide to venture out). We opted for the all inclusive so we did spend the majority of our time at the hotel. The food and drinks were plentiful and I feel I’ve put on about 10 stone in weight since coming home. The grounds are so pretty and the layout of the swimming pool is quite fun with slides and a pirate ship. ALL staff are so friendly and work really hard - they still have smiles on their faces even at the end of their long day. Our kids enjoyed the mini and baby clubs, the entertainment team there are amazing. They really look after the kids. The mini disco is a bit repetitive, same songs but it’s so the kids can get used to the dance routines and they know what to expect each night. Our two got more confident with each day that went by but I don’t think I could have sat through another one after the full week ha The entertainment staff also put on a show a few days a week- definitely recommend dreams come true and hakuna matata. They are so talented ! No need to bring beach towels or toiletries- most of it is provided. (If you’re worried about baggage allowance) Thanks for a lovey weeks stay here, we really enjoyed ourselves and will be back -miss you already !

Just home after staying 10 days at this hotel, was a nice hotel but have stayed in better 4 star hotels PROS - The beds in the room are very comfortable - Great location - Food was lovely CONS - We had a deluxe room with hot tub, could ideally provide a couple extra towels in room for using with the tub or even a robe & slippers. - Some mornings towels would be lifted by lifeguard and some mornings people had towels down at 7am and lifeguards never touched them, surely a lot easier to either lift them every day, not just random days as this cause's confusion. - We had a water mark appear on our shower ceiling and after reporting it, the maintenance teams answer was to paint over it, reported again after it re appeared and was painted over again?? - Check out - check out is 12am and after enquiring about a late check out and it being unavailable, was offered an extension on our all inclusive instead, we ended up using the disabled toilets in reception to change in before we left, a room or 2 near reception could be kept as a courtesy room for this reason to allow guests to shower and change before leaving like in many other hotels. - Buffet restaurant - Could do with at least 1 more coffee machine for the morning and the layout isn't the best, you access the restaurant into where all the hot/cold buffet is located and it becomes extremely busy with people entering/leaving and people getting breakfast all meeting at the same point. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably come back again, just a few small things let it down.
