先説不滿意的地方由於當時我的疏忽兩人入住訂房時我衹填了一個check in 過後第二天沒通知要加收一晚30歐的額外費用我覺得有點不太滿意 加收OK前提是check in時告訴我我完全沒有意見 第二天才説就讓人不爽 其次酒店設施有點老舊不過畢竟開業年數在那兒 再説優點餐廳不錯馬略卡島其實蠻大酒店距離果凍海等景點開車要一個小時左右 望採納 其次洗漱用品都是寶格麗的 但鑒於淡季每晚1500左右的房價也不能説性價比高

我們在這個正宗的17世紀莊園裏度過了3晚。當我們穿過木門時,我們進入了一個美麗的拱形庭院,工作人員熱情地歡迎我們開始我們的住宿,並享用了令人讚賞的歡迎飲料。從那一刻起,我們入住期間一切都很完美..宏偉的普通客房,一樓令人驚歎的雞尾酒服務,私人使用的spa和一個寬敞的房間,所有必要的細節都能感受到賓至如歸的感覺..除此之外,團隊爲您提供出色的個性化服務,在您在島上逗留期間盡一切努力幫助您確認這家酒店是我們住過的最好的酒店之一。我們向任何欣賞寧靜、舒適、真實性和個性化服務的旅行者推薦它。感謝所有Can Cera團隊!!

Lovely boutique hotel with first class staff who were helpful and friendly. Reception staff organised at short notice a fabulous boat trip. So delighted housekeeping staff found my earrings which I accidentally left in bathroom area. Highly recommend location and overall high standard of guest experience.

This lovely hotel is located in the historic center of Palma. The staff at check-in were very nice and welcoming. Bags were delivered to our rooms while we enjoyed a complementary glass of wine. The room was stylishly decorated and comfortable. The air conditioning (AC) worked well. The included breakfast had an excellent variety of choices. I would gladly stay at this hotel if visiting Palma again.

This hotel was in a perfect location! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Loved the rooftop pool and hangout spot for a drink. It is located close to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!!

Comfortable modern apartment-hotel for the semi-independent/independent traveler. We stayed at the Fil Best room type and it had the amenities we needed for a five night stay including a small refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and cooking supplies. Conveniently, the famous Mercat d’Oliver is an 8 minute walk away where we purchased local food items. There is also a typical supermarket just across the street. The hotel is staffed from 9am-9pm and an emergency contact is provided after hours. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days and they are roomier and better priced than your typical hotel. The location is ideal—the immediate neighborhood is quiet but the main shopping street is just a few blocks away. Overall, I highly recommend Fil Suites for the spaciousness of the rooms, cooking amenities, price point, and location.

首先，我預定的是一件尊貴房，到了酒店之後給我了一間標準間，朋友定的普通房卻給的是大牀房，關於設施，我的房間立燈是壞的，電話是壞的。不過服務還是可以的，早餐也不錯。

This hotel is wonderful. Every single member of staff is a delight and they will do backflips to make you happy. They make you feel like you are staying with old friends who are happy to see you and make sure you have what you need. The location is easy walking to the sites of Palma and it’s in a lovely small street that is just charming. The food served at breakfast is fresh and delicious and their gin and tonics always hit the spot. I simply can not properly express what a delightful stay we had. Absolutely recommend this hotel. I can’t wait to go back.

This is a very good hotel. It’s a 15 minute walk into the old town/ harbour but the road is straight so it isn’t too confusing to find. The hotel is modern, clean and the rooms are a good size. The beds are comfy and the bathroom is modern. We had breakfast included and it’s a good menu choice. Food arrives not long after ordering and you know it’s a good place to eat when the locals come to dine there. We ate lunch there a few times and apart from one occasion when the croquets were frozen in the middle still all other meals were good. Alcohol is cheap here. €8 for a cocktail, €4 for a large wine. The pool area is clean, beds are hard to come by of an afternoon so go down to level 5 and relax there instead. My only gripe was the fire alarm went off every night. Not once but three times. In the end you had no other choice but to get used to it. Hopefully they fix that soon. You won’t go wrong staying here, it’s a quiet area but close enough to the centre. It was high 30’s of a day each day we were there and the heat is relentless, there’s no breeze. It’s high 20’s of a night too so be prepared for endless showers throughout the day and night to cool down. Staff at reception are great, Poly especially. Simon in the restaurant is a character, he’s very friendly and takes the time to talk to you which is good.
