We stayed at Duqesa for 3 weeks and didn’t want to leave. Rooms are spotless and cleaned thoroughly daily. They are very well equipped with a lovely cool bedroom and a very powerful shower in bathroom. There is a lovely rooftop pool with plenty of beds and never overly busy. The location is perfect for us as a short walk to marina, bars and restaurants and the beach. The road noise is loud but you are bang in the centre. What really makes this hotel is the amazing staff. Have travelled all over and never had as lovely friendly obliging staff. Catered to our every need with a friendly smile and chat every day. Yolanda, Rene, Walid and Tony, it was a pleasure to meet you all.

Do not stay here. $300 per night for a ”deluxe” room. It is so small my clothes had to be on the floor! Also when they ”fix” your air conditioning, it only lasts 20 mins. Then breaks again. Plus they lied to ********** and said I was offered an upgrade: I wasn't (because it was they said it was full..so how could I get an upgrade!) Avoid. You have been warned.

Perfect service! No complaints other than the front steps of which is common in Europe. Beautiful room with all the goodies like razors and toothbrush. Comfy bed. Staff is wonderful! I think we had a breakfast too that was good. Had my laundry done by them and they did a good job and not too expensive.
