我們兩個人,過來到該地區,我們有一夜間的奇箱,還有早餐包含。已經是從外面來到的最重要的,從外面來到酒店真的不太漂亮,但是好,只是個細節。你肯定和酒店有停車場,我們沒用過,但是晚上有免費的外面空間。我們到達客廳後,我們受到歡迎,人人很友好,向6樓的房間方向,幸運的是有電。關於房間, 這不大, 但這真的足夠兩人。室真的很漂亮,不幸的是,關於,一點壓力都沒有,只是一根水線,奇怪的是,沒有洗室,否則其餘的都是功能幹淨的。對其他房間來說,車輛過來時 很音 但房間之間沒有音相反,你需要喜歡的牀,而沒有燈在牀的每一邊,你仍然可以管理室內的主燈,就在牀旁。這邊有一些任務,但總體上是乾淨的。有電視,要做點,要咖啡,甚至去客廳去找熱巧克力。就早餐而言,就只是選擇的需要,說如果你是人,你會吃得很好。簡而言之,一個台的旅館。

Bei unserem Besuch zu den Olympischen Spielen in Paris wohnten wir im Best Western und wurden herzlichst von Evelyn empfangen. Sie war sehr bemüht und engagiert uns bei allem geholfen. Auch das andere Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Preis /Leistungs Verhältnis war hervorragend und das Zimmer sauber und das Frühstück für französische Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltig mit einer großen Auswahl 🤩🤩 2 S-Bahnhöfe in 15 -18 Min. Laufdistanz waren ideal um innerhalb von rund 30 Min Fahrtzeit ins Zentrum zu kommen.

Nous a mis dehors par rapport à nos têtes nous a dis l’hôtel est plein alors qu’il était libre très mauvais accueil a fuir en plus tard du coup pas d’endroit où dormir seul mot en bouche complet le monsieur très mal emable préféré laisser les gens dehors merci à vous je reviendrai jamais

As we got out of the car in the car park here, we were greeted by a beggar asking for money. The car park was full of children playing, vans and all around “strange” things which put us on edge. This wasn’t a good first impression! We were desperately watching the car on the CCTV at check in. The receptionists we encountered were lovely and spoke good English. The room however was clean and a family room provided a good amount of space. The hotel doesn’t have fans or air conditioning. We were fortunate enough to have good weather in Paris but it made the room like sleeping in an oven! To be honest for a budget chain, the hotel was “OK” for an overnight stop off but the area was absolutely horrific. To be truthful, I have never been so frightened. We walked through an area to get to the metro station and it was absolutely terrifying. We were told to wait for a bus and I was so scared we drove in to central Paris and visited the Eiffel Tower which was about 45 mins in the car. My husband left his watch behind and did get it back when he returned to collect it which was great and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. I don’t think there is much IBIS could do with the hotel in itself but I would avoid the area at all costs in future.

我們在酒店度過了一個美好的夜晚。真的很接近機場,一航天器可以帶到那裏。我們拜了酒店風格,很安的環境,可以用來資源。房間也很classified,牀很(非常!!!)舒適,我們沒看過過夜。有室很贊。早餐,多樣,很好,用新鮮的產品做的(感覺好)。廚師很棒,卡片也多樣。工作人員在小心,甚至在我們自己想到之前都預料需要!簡而言之,一切都是完美的,遠遠超出了我們的期望!我們會回來的,我們建議我們親屬。在飛前睡在裏面,甚至在週末過一段時間,斷開了聯繫!

My first impression was a deteriorated hotel exterior and a Front Desk area that smelled bad. The main issue, however, was that the air conditioning in the room was deficient, so we contacted the Front Desk and the staff member offered us another room that had the same issue and in addition, the AC was very noisy. The employee explained that the whole hotel has the same AC which is insufficient. I asked to speak to a manager or be transferred to another hotel and he said that we can talk to the manager the next morning. I explained I needed to sleep in a cool room that night, but he said there is nothing else he could do other than offer a third room, which we ended up accepting because we were exhausted and frustrated. Conclusion: there was no decision-maker at the hotel at 7 pm. The employee at the Front Desk was polite but had no authority to resolve the issue. Please note I had called the hotel prior to the trip to make sure they had air conditioning, and they said yes. I should have asked if it was working properly too! I do not recommend this hotel.

O super agradável hotel Campanile, que me hospedei em Paris há 30 anos, agora é uma sombra do passado. O restaurante fecha às 21 horas (quem volta para jantar em Paris às 21 horas?). Não pude comparar a qualidade da comida, pois há 30 anos era ótima, o ambiente charmoso e os preços acessíveis. O café da manhã, pago a parte, está sofrível, também não chega aos pés das ótimas lembranças que tínhamos. Os banheiros foram modernizados e estavam limpos, assim como os quartos e roupa de cama e banho. Não há recepcionista à noite e passei pelo desconforto da cancela do estacionamento não abrir. O código que me deram por escrito não funcionou. Um funcionário da lavanderia me deu o código da equipe, no dia seguinte reclamei, mas o novo código também não funcionou. Nos dois dias liguei para o telefone de emergência que fica do lado de fora da recepção, ninguém atendeu. Fiquei imaginando se fosse a chave de cartão que abre o quarto, teria dormido no carro... O que não mudou: a localização tranquila em bairro residencial e a arrogância do gerente francês (há 30 anos era uma mulher, que deve ter treinado o atual). Não pretendo voltar e deixarei de indicar para conhecidos.
