Arrived at 10pm to everything being locked up and no answer on the phone number provided. Was stuck outside till a worker went to go home and helped us. Things only got worse room was ok but boiling hot!!! Went out on 2nd night came back and key card wouldn’t work so I couldn’t get in my room, no hotel reception to go to, no security no one around all locked up. Kept ringing the hotel till finally someone answered he then proceeded to have a go at me!!!! Do not stay here!!!!! Awful
Bon séjour. Chambre convenable Petit déjeuner: bon mais mauvaise organisation du personnel (plus de croissant, machine à café en panne, plus de pain , il faut attendre que le personnel mettent en cuisson et fasse le réassort) Tables pas débarrassées.
This hotel would be 3-star in my country’s standard. It’s a new basic hotel and the rooms are a good size. The main problem is customer service - especially from the front desk lady called Kelli. This woman is not supposed to work in the hospitality sector - she has no clue about customer service. On the other hand, her colleague Charlotte was very sweet. She really tried even though she was left all alone most of the time with no manager on duty to assist on specific issues. In the rooms: No shower caps, no vanity set - just towels and 1x bottle of water when you arrive. The location is good in terms of transportation but Creteil as a neighbourhood is not nice at all. It’s better to stay closer to the centre of Paris.
