After an exceptional stay at the Wigan Holiday Inn Express on September 20th, 2024, I didn’t expect such a stark contrast in service at another location within the same hotel group the very next day (September 21st, 2024). This time, we experienced a completely different attitude at the front desk—rudeness and dismissiveness. Despite multiple requests for assistance, such as having my room closer to my friend’s, an hour late check-out (which my friend was granted), and fixing the issue with my room’s air conditioning (my friend’s room was fine), we were met with vague, unhelpful explanations that treating a fool. It felt like dealing with political officials dodging direct answers. For the first time ever, I left a hotel feeling genuinely angry. They might be better suited for a career in politics.

非常快速和專業的入住 房間非常好,很乾淨 我們吃的食物 始於Pate,然後是咖雞 其次是草莓奶酪蛋糕 食物非常棒 早餐超級棒 而且工作人員不能再做讓我們入住了一個非常好的可以很容易推薦這家酒店

幾點好的：房間乾淨，床很舒服，自費加的早餐很好，靠近火車站位置方便 很多點不好的： 1. 非常吵！每天晚上都能沉浸式聽到樓下的人喝酒聊天拍桌子到晚上十二點！！靠近街道這邊也是車來車往很吵，酒店沒有客人為什麼不能給我們高一點安靜一點的房間，晚上帶了耳塞還是一直被吵醒 2. 員工基本沒有見到，每次路過前台的時候員工都不在。入住的時候也沒跟我們説早餐在哪是幾點。 3. 第一晚直接跟酒店訂的，第二晚攜程，入住的時候小哥説兩晚房型不一樣，但是他們第二天沒有別的客人入住應該可以給我們就留在第一晚的房間裏。結果第二天我們去確認的時候他們一開始也説應該可以繼續住今天的房間結果讓我們等了十幾分鍾後説要付20英鎊才能繼續住之前的房間 4. 酒店沒有浴缸，價格是四五星酒店的，性價比比較低 總之感覺酒店更在乎經營他們的餐廳和酒吧，對客房採取放棄政策

牀單有污漬,不確定是否更換或洗得正確。發現短髮 - 羽絨被上有大約5個。有一個非常忙碌的一天,所以沒有費心打電話給酒店工作人員更換牀單,因爲這是凌晨1點過去。牀單被罩,用我的襯衫蓋枕頭。需要睡眠。

Lovely clean hotel with plenty of shops nearby. Staff very friendly, room roomy and bed comfortable. Food excellent and reasonably priced. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Lovely location very quite ,staff are amazing always happy to help out ,comfy beds lovely and clean and shower room is amazing lovely n clean ,this hotel is pure freshness will definitely be coming bk xx
