Whenever i have visit in rewari then every time i have book hotel bill berry. Like hotel staff is very corporative. Hotel bill berry khushal tahli is very good qty & quality.
We had our corporate group outing at Golden Tulip Bhiwadi in Dec'2023. We had a group of approx. 70 and our experience was okay type, not that great. We will probably never opt for Golden Tulip Bhiwadi in future for any corporate event for sure. And that will be primarily due to the way manager Mr. H***sh promised things first and then what was eventually delivered to us. Pros: 1. Room size is good. This is good thing about any Golden Tulip property that they have good size rooms compared to other brands. 2. Food was good taste wise and spread wise. Food service was also fine except few instances where we had to ask for few things for refilling - both during tea and dinner. Cons: 1. Biggest disappointment was that no senior person was available at key instances during our entire stay. When we checked-in, nobody was there to support us except one lady on reception who was helping us all the time during check-in. Check-in took time (which we understand as we requested early check-in) but then nobody even offered water/welcome drink, we had to specifically ask for water and that is when it got arranged after an hour or so. 2. Since it was a large group and check-in usually takes time hence someone should have offered a space for group to sit and wait. Instead, nobody offered anything, and group was left for themselves to wait/stroll around till check-in happened as reception area could accommodate hardly 10-15 members. 3. We prepared plan for room allocation but that went for a toss as room readiness took lot of time and we had to provide first few available rooms to female members on priority. 4. There was another group which was checking-out and they got only available lift overloaded. It took hotel to bring back lift in operational mode in approx. 30 mins during which we could not use lift to go to our rooms. 5. We planned few team activities and requested for mic well ahead. However, given mic stopped working in between activities and replacement came only after approx. 30 mins. 6. One member from our group had an inch long glass piece in his sweet dish which he noticed well on time otherwise it would have been a major incident. And when we reported this issue to Mr. H***sh and staff, they just casually said sorry. How can such a reputed brand play with guest's life? 7. When we raised such concerns, Mr. H***sh started calling us for remaining payment thinking that we will delay or not do that which was never our intention. He did not even let us finish our dinner properly, kept calling multiple times and eventually we had to do payment at middle of the night to close the matter. This was when our check-out was next day. Overall, I would not suggest any large group to go for Golden Tulip Bhiwadi purely because their team is not capable of handling such a big group or maybe they are least bothered about guest experience.
