Great modern room and terrace in a beautiful old building. Very spacious and spotless room and bathroom, plenty of closet space and shelving (even in the bathroom!) to unpack. Perfect firm mattress and pillows, serious blackout curtains, and very well sound-proofed. A very short walk to the historic city center and Villa d'Este, a 10 minute drive to Villa Adriana. Delightful breakfast of fruits, fresh pastry, yogurt, insanely tasty fruit juice, and optional eggs. Friendly, easy-going host.

Abbiamo soggiormato in una camera deluxe con spazi ampi e arredo essenziale. La struttura è ben tenuta con molto verde e giardini curati. Bella la zona piscina con lettini e gazebo a disposizione dei clienti. Abbiamo scelto di cenare e pranzare diverse volte presso il ristorante della struttura nei tavolini all'aperto ed è stata una piacevole scoperta. Posizione strategica vicino ai caselli dell'autostrada e a pochi minuti da Tivoli e dalle sue attrazioni. Noi abbiamo viaggiato in moto e abbiamo potuto posteggiare quasi davanti alla nostra stanza. Un suggerimento per la colazione per rendere il servizio a nostro parere piu efficiente è quello di prevedere un buffet e, condizioni meteo permettendo, utilizzare gli spazi esterni molto belli e verdeggianti.

Hotel tre stelle ma in realtà segue i requisiti dell' hotel fratello maggiore Duca D Este situato a fianco. Stanza pulita dotata dei confort minimi necessari, telefono, frigo bar, TV, aria condizionata e così anche il bagno. La stanza e il bagno sono puliti e ordinati ogni giorno, la doccia invece è un po' piccola ed è difficoltoso muoversi all'interno , colazione buona e abbastanza sufficiente anche il ristorante ottimo, personale garbato e disponibile sia alla reception sia nei locali colazione e ristorante, parcheggio gratuito all' interno della struttura, sono rimasto più che soddisfatto della scelta fatta anche perché vicino a Tivoli e ai siti archeologici nelle vicinanze, se dovessi tornare in questi luoghi sceglierei sicuramente questo hotel.

I went here as it was near the rider cup expecting a great experience and regardless of the complete lack of interest on their behalf the hotel was awful for the following reasons so take not. I was in Italy nearly 3 weeks and stayed in 8 hotels This hotel is in a downtown area with little around it and throughout stay an overwhelming smell of sewage inside and out. Reception staff answer to every question was no and could not be less helpful. On first day I asked if they could put golf on tv and was initially told to go watch in my room. Then asked to help find channel and refused. Eventually a gentlemen connected a lap top half way through opening ceremony. Refusal to book taxis other than their own at 200% . Can we borrow an iron / no, can I access a computer to check in flight / no. Can you help me with information / we don’t know?? Dreadfully prepared for golf guests chopping and changing information daily. Room was tired, dirty , smelt and lacked any facilities like a kettle or iron. Constantly bombarded by people selling expensive spa treatments but no service otherwise. The dining room staff were lovely and food very good which was lucky as nothing else around, This was by far my poorest hotel experience for years at 500 euros a night and recommend it is avoided as description is misleading. 2/3 star at best.
