Everything about the hotel met or exceeded our expectations. The location right off the freeway was very convenient for getting around the area. We had a west facing room, away from the highway side of the hotel. We did not hear any noise, but I don't know if the east facing rooms would be louder due to freeway noise. The entire facility was extremely clean including our room, the hallways and other common areas and the pool area. Its a nice big pool, by the way. Even the breakfast room was kept clean when it was busy and the food was continually restocked. My only minor, minor complaint is I wish there was more fruit selections. The first morning there were only grapes and the next morning only cantaloupe. The hot food was good with eggs, meat, potatoes and a waffle maker. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We were in town for a wedding and realized we needed to cut some tags off our clothes. The clerk could not find a scissors, but she dug in her purse and found a nail clipper to save the day. The housekeeping staff was also friendly and took their work seriously based on the cleanliness of the hotel.

Every aspects are very good，only the air conditioner has some noise，but okay，the staffs are all very nice，especially Amanda，a very lovely girl with Good patience，help me a lot!

We arrived prior to Check In and asked if we could wait in the Lobby until our room was ready. Ms. Prasad, who was attending the Front Desk smiled and told us the room was ready for us. What a pleasant way to begin a WONDERFUL 3 night stay! Our room had been thoroughly cleaned and offered plenty of space with a desk and chair and a comfortable occasional chair and hassock. There was ample room for clothing storage and the room felt larger than we expected for the price. Bed was very comfortable, sheets were soft and inviting as were the 4 pillows provided. We were especially impressed with the Breakfast Room and the choices on offer there. Hot foods were piping hot in large and easily accessible chafing dishes. There were plenty of hot and cold choices to please any breakfast fan. We were impressed that the hot food choices were changed a bit each morning, offering a nice variety of choices for guests staying more than 1 night. We didn't have time to enjoy the Fitness Center or the Pool, but noticed the pool was well maintained and the Fitness Center offered plenty of equipment choices. Also, we didn't need the Business Center Desk that was available to guests, but it was clean and easily accessible off the Lobby. We don't get to the St. Pet area as often as we would like, but will certainly stay at this Country Inn & Suites location the next time we are in that area.

Overall this is a pleasant building. But neither the room nor the “restaurant” were what I consider Holiday Inn standards. The room was tiny with a trundle bed that wasn’t in the least bit comfortable as a sofa. The mattress was way too soft. The “air conditioner” was a noise machine that didn’t seem to change the temperature or sound no matter which temperature we set the thermostat for. The “desk” was a table slipped under a shelf. It had to be pulled out towards the bed, blocking passage, to let a laptop be opened. We did a lot of getting up to let each other by. (Rm 411). We asked for the AC to be fixed but it wasn’t. The Breakfast was limited. Oh, and you can get two pancakes, but not just one? At least coffee (just one pot, no decaf or hot water for tea) was at no extra charge. But - the building was clean, the staff, including housekeeping, was as pleasant as they could be, and the parking was free. Nice fitness room and outdoor pool.

Such a great, considerate, helpful staff! Rooms and grounds clean and SAFE! Right near anything you could possibly need.
