酒店的工作人員是我見過的最好的一些人。 Josh經理非常樂於助人，超出了職責範圍，無法確保客人得到妥善照顧。屋頂餐廳非常好，他們的健身房也很棒。

很有味道，入住很舒適，很喜歡

環境優美，富人別墅區。服務員態度非常好，熱情。幫我們聯繫出租車，指路等等，都非常有耐心。和家人朋友旅遊，非常不錯的選擇。

攜程信息不含早，但是酒店其實含早餐的。早餐內容不多，每天不變，比較單調。 酒店提供代客泊車的服務，還挺貴的。 周圍商場餐廳很多，吃飯很方便。 願意走15min的話，可以到農夫市場，旁邊有grove可以找到更好的餐廳、看電影和shopping；馬路對麪有個wholefood。配套很齊全了。 房間比較不大，lobby也很簡單。餐廳餐廳倒是不錯，晚上是個bar，當地人居多，非常熱鬧。

A blue and white oasis. We loved it. Room was small but absolute perfection. Restrained decor, comfy beds and throws, fabulous books. And the bar items! Don't think I've ever been in a hotel with a $150 bottle of tequila not under lock and key. There was a wall of flowers outside our window! As soon as we exited the room we had a view of the exquisite pool. The vintage elevator is a must for aficionados. We had a lovely afternoon on the terrace, great wine, service and the best fries I've ever had. Two minor quibbles: The bathroom tiles are slippery, especially when wet. Make sure to throw down a towel before entering the shower. Also, we noticed that our room door frequently got stuck. It took a lot of push or pull to get it to open. Just as we were about the check out, we could not open the door at all and had to call the desk for help...a safety issue. Will definitely return. Loved it.

The photos will speak for themselves. Anyone who rates this hotel higher than a one has VERY low expectations! Worn out old tired property that the owners/management have put cheap refinishing in to try and modernize it, but it is still a tired old property in a state of disrepair! Do NOT be fooled by the photos OR the positive reviews. Either the people who gave high marks were not real guests or they simply are not experienced travelers and have no idea what a nice hotel really is!! I was supposed to stay two nights. We stayed the first night because it was late and we didn’t want to try and figure out where else to go. The one good thing ai will say is that the hotel customer service was very nice to deal with and they ended up refunding our second night. Here’s what I experienced: Worn out carpet with stains. Nightstands worn. Room had a funky smell. Not the patio depicted in their website photos. Mine was narrow, worn out wood and had two metal FOLDING CHAIRS. The most uninviting patio EVER. Paint peeling in tub. Long hairs on shower walls. Wall unit air conditioner loud. No window coverings on one of the windows and guests in room next door could look down into our room. No patio furniture AT ALL around the pool. If you pay for parking, you better arrive early and stay put, because they do not have enough spots and if you can’t park in one of their spaces you will have to find street parking on a VERY NARROW winding road down a steep hill which you will then have to walk back up to get to the hotel. The sad thing is that if they put some money into this property it could be really unique and nice. See the photos I’m posting and consider yourself warned.

I’m absolutely horrified at how my stay was handled. In the morning of Jan 7 2022, the front desk called me saying I had a call, the name of the caller was unclear to the front desk clerk. So I took the call knowing my father is the only one who knows my room number and I assumed it must be him as I am in town and staying near by his house to be able to care for him. The caller was not a voice I recognized and he asked for someone by another name. So I said sorry wrong room and hung up. When I went to tell the front desk to please not connect callers who ask only for the room number because the call was not for me and he had woken me up by calling. the clerk then confirmed that the caller asked for me by name and room number. My stomach dropped. What?!? This is terrifying. It’s possible the clerk lied about this fact to cover his mistake in not following protocol and putting a call through without confirming the guests name the caller is seeking. However, for him to not admit this after I spend hours freaking out and figuring out what to do, is beyond inconsiderate it is immoral. The manager’s first response to me over the matter was that his staff handled the phone call protocol correctly and that I accepted the call. This is after i had to coax him from his office to even talk to me, his entire attitude was that he couldn’t be bothered to do more than the bare minimum legally speaking. Ok, so your only concern is that you legally covered your self on basis of me accepting the call. But what about some strange man has my name and room number and I’m a solo female and you do not care at all other than your telephone protocol…. They offered me a room change and I said I had to think about it but ok that’s an option. I decided it doesn’t matter if I’m in another room bc if there’s a breach in their system my new room number connecting to my name would be listed. the all male staff at this point aren’t behaving in a manner that makes me feel safe to sleep alone here another night as they are barely showing concern or a desire to make me feel safer or like they even have a clue how to work in hospitality. These men had the customer service voice but the behavior was to protect their own jobs. There was not a shred of concern that a guest of theirs could be in danger or that somehow their system had been hacked. I am born and raised LA. I am not afraid of LA, I did not listen to travel advisories about crime in LA right now bc it is my home town. I needed to visit my family and be near to my dad but not in his home after flying internationally (covid). This location was my best bet. Aside from the horror of who knows what the hell was going on, the room is also totally not worth the price, stains, dirty walls, thin walls. My windows had no screens. But I can’t stop thinking that some strange man new my room and name and then pretended he wasn’t calling me? So he wanted to check my voice? That I’m female? Young? Alone? And then the managers attit
