南太浩湖酒店推介

房間比較小。不提供早餐對帶孩子來玩兒的家庭來說會比較麻煩，因為早上需要自己花時間去做簡易早飯。其他都很好，遺漏的東西被找回來然後郵遞迴家，非常感謝。

房間非常整潔舒適，裝飾裝修都挺新的，但是沒有異味；雖然不是很大，但是完全可以活動開。我們去的時候正逢降溫，但是空調很暖和，所以感覺很溫馨，不過噪音還是有點大，於是睡覺之前把它關了，再多加一層被子就可以了。衛生間也非常乾淨，空間也較大，熱水很熱，洗澡很解乏！停車也是免費的。酒店在南太浩湖區，過街就可以走到湖邊，晚上可以看看星空🌃總之，超出預期！

我們喜歡Lakeshore Lodge，並且知道我們想在那裡度過我們的周年紀念日。我們預訂了一個房間，對我們接下來的住宿感到非常興奮。我們到塔霍（Tahoe）的行程不太好，衹是準備好進入我們的房間。我們很震驚，很高興得知我們由於房間維護問題而進行了升級。我們走進湖邊的公寓，一言不發。公寓絕對很棒，景色令人嘆為觀止。我們非常感謝您的員工提供的客戶服務以及我們在周末度過的難忘的周年紀念。非常感謝您使它對我們如此完美。

We really liked the Station House Inn for our stay in Tahoe. The pros: great location in South Lake Tahoe off the main drag (we walked everywhere including a block or so down to the beach!), the decor was fun and well done, there were several places to hang out around the property including two fire pits, the toiletries smelled great, there is a heated pool, and the bed was comfy. The cons: no microwave in the room (there is a mini fridge) and the trash cans were not bear proof which led to a visitor turning them over on two separate late nights (he was GIANT).

從酒店可輕鬆步行至周圍的海灘和賭場，滑雪勝地位於街對麪，地理位置優越，提供免費咖啡和全套桌子。客房的設施是高標準的，這是我很喜歡的一家酒店。這是一個推薦的酒店，如果我再次訪問，願意留下。

就是一個motel翻新了一下，裝修很新潮。房間很暖和，有冷暖空調和嵌入牆的燃氣式暖氣，暖氣啟動時還是有聲音，但比那種窗下的暖氣安靜多了。位置還不錯，在南太浩湖市鬧市區，去滑雪的話能步行到heavenly纜車入口。房間挺乾淨，浴室挺不錯的，床中等偏軟不過挺舒服的。缺點是晚上睡下以後噪音挺多，走廊重的腳步聲，別的房間敲門聲等等。房間沒微波爐，使用餐廳微波爐要收費。motel裏算很不錯的，但預算充足的話還是盡量住更好的地方吧。

這個度假村是我家人和我從東海岸長途旅行時需要的新鮮空氣。在森林套房前一天晚上,一家不太好的酒店入住了另一家酒店,提供了相當多的驚喜。第一個是我們入住的時候,他們把我們升級爲兩居室的套房,而沒有任何額外的費用。房間簡直太棒了,我的家人,我每個人都有自己的臥室和浴室,還有一個客廳和一個帶冰箱的廚房。外面有一個游泳池和一個熱浴缸和一個室外火坑。度假村距離天堂村只有幾分鐘的步行路程,這是一個很棒的小旅遊站,商店和許多餐館都有供每個人享受的東西。我和我的家人在那裏住了兩晚,我希望我們能住得更久。對我來說,最讓我滿意的是,在森林套房度假村的臥室裏找到了一件歡迎的拖鞋,等待着我。

Team was attentive before we check in providing information. However after we check-in we had many issues in terms of cleanliness of the house. Bed sheets were dirty with hair, dishwasher and oven was dirty. We tried to reach out to the local office with no response. We were able get in touch with Vacasa main office via text message in the night. You could only text and nobody picked up the phon. . I have been asked to send pictures via text message. The pictures were sent. Nobody called, just an apology via text. I found new sheets in the drawers. Although, I was also not sure about how clean they were, I used them to replace the dirty ones. Somebody from cleaning called me in the morning however I was not able to take it. Called back no response. I left a text message. No response. I called the main office, I have been told to wait until they reach to local office. Waited in the line, has been asked questions again including if I have more pictures!. And also they told me to have somebody to come in check. This is not acceptable regardless of the property you are staying at. Worst experience in years. Considering the price we paid, makes it even harder to believe. After all the back and forth with main office and finally talking with local office, we have been told that we will be reimbursed for the cleaning fee!… and some additional fee for unpleasant experience we had. Total reimbursement was %16. I don’t think this even helps with the unpleasant experience we had. I hope management of this hotel/condo take this message seriously and make sure future guests have a much better experience. Also there is a pool and hot tub on the premises. However, the pool was dirty with flies and we did not feel comfortable using it. I believe this should be also easy to fix by the complex. If not, it should not be advertised as per of the deal.
