At first we were in the wrong room for us. It was handicapped and we didn't feel it was right to take a room that someone with a disability might need. So we went back to the front desk and asked for a room change. They accommodated us about an hour later (we just went to lunch) and the second room was much better. The hospitality was very nice and they wear many hats there. The room was clean when we arrived but what we did not know was that they don't clean them every day. Due to covid they only clean 3 x a week and we arrived on one of the days of cleaning, then we had guests the 2nd day they would have cleaned and the third day we checked out. When I called downstairs for cleaning, they would not come because the housecleaners didn't work that day. However they did bring us fresh towels and took our trash. The bistro on site is just enough to get a burger, a glass of wine or coffee and bagel for breakfast. Overall, I would stay here again. We felt safe, clean and comfortable.

We have stayed here a few times when family events bring us to the area. The staff here are really great and I got special help from Yesenia at the Front Desk and Solomon in Security when I needed to make a repair to a C-PAP hose late in the evening. They made an effort to hunt up some tape for me to make the repair and it worked. A good night’s sleep was had by all. Our room was comfortable but the sink area lighting needs improvement. It was hard to see well to apply make-up or shave as the mirror is only backlit and there is no magnifying mirror. The shower floor could use a mat, too. The food is good, the bar is lovely and the seating outside is very relaxing. Service was good everywhere. And if you forget to bring something, the huge Del Amo mall is right next door!
