城西肯斯伍德酒店(The Address Citywest (Formerly Kingswood Hotel))

Un hotel muy bien acondicionado en todos los sentidos, el personal, las habitaciones, todo. Los baños son amplios, entre las amenities hay gorro de baño y por la sostenibilidad en lugar de frasquitos de gel, champú, etc. están en dispensadores rellenables, también pañuelos de papel, en fin, muy completo, hay bañera, eso no encaja mucho con la sostenibilidad (por aquello de llenarla de agua) pero en todos los hoteles en Irlanda hay. El restaurante está fuera pero en un edificio al lado mismo, los desayunos de buffet normales y las cenas con poca variedad en los menús pero buenas en general.

No air conditioning, no ceiling fan, no window to open apart from a few centimetres gap at the top of a very narrow window. This is a very unpleasant place to stay in slightly warm weather, it’s being pouring down all day yet the rooms are ridiculously hot. They offer a small table fan, but no where suitable. It’s simple unless you like an incredibly hot room with no ventilation stay well clear.

I've been based in the area for 6 months now. The Address Citywest West is excellent. Very clean, fantastic staff and rooms are great. The food this evening was outstanding! I had the chicken Supreme with extra potatoes and gravy. You've really, really got to try it! Very busy with other guests but Sue and the team look after you well. Keep it up guys 😃

The friends we visiting booked this hotel for us as it is walking distance from their house. Very nice upscale hotel which appears to attract a lot of Europeans. It is more outside the city so you would definitely need a car if staying here. It is beside a busy road so there is some road noise. But there is a bus stop very close by. Our room and bathroom are very large and clean (comparing to a US hotel). Well appointed room, comfy bed, nice toiletries and washcloths!!! A fan was even in the room (our friends told us this is probably because of the unusually warm recent weather and no A/C in the hotel). The included breakfast is more than enough located just steps away in an adjacent restaurant. The staff is very friendly (like everyone we have met so far). A little on the pricier side but compare to other places I’ve stayed in Ireland, it is well worth it.

Very unpleasant in warm weather conditions. Stayed one night for business purposes. No air conditioning l, and the temperature of the room was excessively warm and uncomfortable. While a medium sized fan is provided, it is ineffective. The window can only be opened a few centimeters for safety reasons. Having it open results in noise from the N7, if your room is located on that side of the premises. Other than that, clean, comfortably furnished, and has everything you may need.

Booked via Hotels - I book 100+ nights a year with them. I turn up - and the place is like a childrens warzone. Nobody at reception - finally found a staff member after 10 minutes, who phoned for someone to come down. Turns out all of the first floor is given over to asylum seekers - hence all the kids running around (the hotel is out of town, so there's not really anywhere for them to go). I am not against kids having a good time, or refugees - we have had two living in our house for nine months - but staying in a hotel where we wanted peace and quiet when it full of bored kids running around would not be my choice. Which I explained to the receptionist when I asked if I could cancel without penalty - yes was the answer - apparently he understood our reasoning. So I booked another local hotel and we left. The same day - there is one night's accommodation charged to my credit card. I phoned hotels, it was remarkably difficult to get the sequence of events to be understood - but after he called the hotel - I am told the charge stands, as it was a condition on the booking. Well, as far as I am concerned, I asked, as was told I could cancel without penalty. Plus - the hotel was misrepresented - whether that is the hotel's fault or that of ********** I really don't care. If I had known ahead that I was booking into a cross between an asylum seekers hotel and a kids holiday camp - I would not have booked in the first place. Seriously unamused with both the hotel, and **********

Mc Gettigans Restaurant top class world standard & great value for money Beautiful meal and lovely crowd. Top quality hotel & restaurant. Would highly recommend this place to any visitors to my country. Beautiful hotel & very courteous staff, this place is way ahead of any where in the area,stay here regularly & wouldn't go anywhere else. Very friendly and professional staff that can't do enough for you. I'm gonna shut up now what more can I say

Loved the staff, room was large and nice. But two things made it less than stellar. No food available after nine thirty pm, not even a packet of crisps or peanuts. That is just crazy. Especially with no pub or restaurant within walking distance. The second issue was a broken window that caused me to hear highway noise all night long.

Als uitvalbasis gekozen voor verkennen van de omgeving. Gedateerde badkamer met een bad, was lastig om er staand in te douchen, was niet erg comfortabel. Bed was wel goed, en zeer ruime kamer. hotel-parkeerplaatsen in ondergrondse met ruim voldoende plaatsen. Zeker omdat het ex. ontbijt is, achteraf gezien vonden we de prijs wat aan de hoge kant. Zal vast door de locatie zijn. Volgende keer nemen we wat verder weg van Dublin. Vriendelijke en behulpzame checkin, en gezellige schoonmaakteam! Genoeg selfservice wasserettes in de buurt voor een wasje (diverse pompstations in de buurt, hebben een paar wasmachines, een wasbeurt is 30 minuten voor ongeveer 4 euro is wel )
