Acabamos de estar dos noches, mi marido y yo. Nos ha encantado. Una ubicación muy buena. La habitación espaciosa, la cama confortable y decorado con gusto. Cuando volvamos repetiremos. Lo recomendamos totalmente. La atención del recepcionista cercana, agradable. También resaltamos la limpieza. Gracias.

Fue como un sueño en el paraíso de Menorca! Este hotel tiene onda y se nota que capturan la esencia de la isla en cada rincón. Desde la arquitectura hasta la comida, todo grita autenticidad y estilo. Habitaciones amplias, cama grande, techos altos y la comida es una explosión de sabores locales que te hace amar aún más Menorca. El personal es súper amable, siempre listo para hacerte sentir como en casa. Volveremos.

El mejor mes para ir a Menorca en septiembre sin lugar a duda! Estuvimos en este fantastico hotel boutique. La cama super comoda con una habitación amplia y con una decoración muy acertada por la localizacion en donde esta. La ubicacion es excelente, muy centrica y el proceso de reserva es muy rapido. Pensamos en volver.

Hizo que nuestra estancia amorosa fuera aun mas especial. Desde la arquitectura hasta la comida de diez. La habitacion fue amplia, cama grande, techo alto... Mejor que en casa. Reserva rapida y sin inconvenientes. Queda pendiente volver!

Clean, freshly decorated room with ensuite bathroom, safe and tea and coffee making facilities. Complimentary tea and coffee also available in the reception area. Vouchers for breakfast at La Menorquina were included so we had a delicious breakfast there each morning. The hotel is situated close to a nice square where there were several eating / drinking options available - including La Menorquina. Friendly owners who gave us excellent instructions and a video for checking in.

Super cute and clean room in very nice small hotel, walk everywhere from the hotel , quiet, everything is new ,AC and comfy bed.

Lots to like about this boutique hotel - overall had a very enjoyable stay and very glad we decided to stay in Ciutadella, at a reasonable price point during high season (July)! - Location: excellent location, steps away from Placa dels Pins where there are loads of great food options. Easy access to the old city as well. - Breakfast: due to Covid, breakfast was not served on the property and we were given vouchers to use at the nearby La Menorquina restaurant at Placa dels Pins. Breakfast was generously portioned (we were always so full!) and consisted of a coffee, fresh orange juice, pastry, and a boccadillo, served al fresco. - Coffee machine: Communal dolce gusto espresso machine for use on the ground floor was great for a morning caffeine fix, alongside small bread snacks - Responsive staff to messages: Mostly communicated via the booking portal and they were pretty responsive; most queries were answered within a few hours and they sent detailed instructions for arrival. Given the small size of the property (5 rooms) staff were not always on site. - Shower: wet room style shower which was very spacious. Great water pressure and temperature! Areas for improvement: - Wifi: we were staying in one of the rooms on the 2nd floor and the wifi wasn't great; it struggled to stay connected to most of our devices most of the time. Things that weren't dislikes but may be helpful to note for others: - Bathroom door: Had read in previous reviews that they had a curtain act as a bathroom door, but we had a proper sliding door which was nice. Would be helpful to have a fan in the bathroom to help suck out some of the hot water moisture. - Stairs: we were able-bodied people so the stairs weren't a big problem, but they are narrow in places and it's not the easiest dragging luggage up and down them (especially if you have anything larger than carry-on size bags).

Un petit hôtel de 5 chambres connecté. Une très jolie chambre avec terrasse décorée avec goût. Un équipement pratique avec fer à repasser et petite planche. Le petit déjeuner peut se prendre sur place ou dans un café tout proche pour ceux qui préfère un repas typique et complet. Il est bien situé en ville pour pouvoir visiter la ville à pieds. il y a un escalier pour accéder aux chambres assez étroit pour monter les valises.
