梅諾卡湖畔度假村 - 湖畔別墅及平房(Lago Resort Menorca - Villas & Bungalows del Lago)

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni ad agosto in uno dei bungalow della struttura. Si tratta di una buona soluzione per una famiglia o due coppie. Le stanze sono piuttosto piccole, il che che può rendere difficoltoso trovare posto per le valigie. Il bagno è abbastanza ampio, con una doccia comoda e spaziosa. Nell’area comune è presente un angolo cucina con frigo, microonde e un piastra elettrica da appoggiare all’occorrenza sul piano. La cucina è scarsamente attrezzata ed è stata utilizzata unicamente per la colazione del mattino. Un vero plus la presenza del parcheggio interno alla struttura, vista la quasi impossibilità di trovare un posto auto in zona ad agosto. Molto carina la piscina anche se di dimensioni molto limitate, i lettini imbottiti sono davvero comodi e regalano momenti di vero relax. Solo alcuni aspetti migliorabili: per fare il check-in è necessario recarsi alla reception del vicino Lago Suites, cosa che non viene indicata con chiarezza al momento della prenotazione. La descrizione dei bungalow in fase di prenotazione non è ben distinta rispetto a quella delle vicine ville, fatto che può generare false aspettative. Ad esempio, era erroneamente indicata la presenza della lavatrice. Nonostante questi piccoli nei, l’esperienza è stata più che positiva. Struttura consigliata

Nous avons séjourné au Lago Resort menorca pendant 1 semaine. L’hôtel est vraiment très bien, le personnel également certains parlent Français. Ils sont au petits soins, à la base on avait réservé pour 4 nuits mais on a décidé de prolonger et rester la semaine. Nous avons pris la demi pension on a très bien mangé le buffet tous les soirs était différent, le petit-déjeuner très bien également. L’hôtel est bien situé ce qui permet de visiter l’île sans problème. On reviendra

Really great great hotel and good location to the marina. Hotel was really clean and we got upgraded to a suite 👍 Pool area was lovely and really relaxing, we enjoyed the dj in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend 👏

Very welcoming and helpful staff, very clean and everything we needed was available. The bed was very comfortable and the bungalow was very quiet. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by. There is lots to do and explore. The weather was perfect. We will return 😊

The rep was super helpful and quick to answer our questions. The bungalow was not five star, the fridge freezer was heavily dented and rusting on the outside. The wires from the TV just hung down unsafely and the outside sunshade was broken.

Lovely place to stay, very relaxing. Not really self catering though with only one plug in electric cooker ring.

It is a lovely place to stay but I feel the checkout process let it down. We were checking out on a Sunday and no one was there to check us out but told us over the phone to leave keys inside bungalow as “no one is working until Monday”.

Avantages : piscine devant le bungalow, accès direct au port, personnel amical et professionnel. Inconvénients : la qualité du nettoyage laisse à désirer, les bungalows sont mal entretenus, les voisins bruyants peuvent être entendus dans le bungalow par la porte intérieure commune, les équipements de cuisine sont insuffisants.
