My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
The hotel is still under construction, something that was not disclosed at the time of booking. Several areas were unfinished, which significantly impacted the stay and overall comfort. While the scenery is undeniably beautiful, that alone does not make up for the lack of proper services.
Getting around the property was frustrating due to very long wait times for carts, often making simple movements between areas time-consuming and inconvenient. Facilities such as the gym and spa were advertised but do not exist or are still under construction, which felt misleading.
The restaurant offered very limited food options and the structure itself looked more like a temporary shack than a proper hotel restaurant, far below what would be expected from a property at this price point.
Additionally, the hotel already has hundreds of reviews on Trip.com, which raises serious concerns, as the property is clearly not fully operational yet. This makes the reviews feel unreliable and misleading for future guests.
This place may have potential once construction is completed and services are actually available, but at its current state, it does not deliver what is advertised. I would not recommend staying here until the hotel is fully finished and transparent about its condition.
