Old property, very inconvenient, impolite, unhelpful attendant. Had to room change because the tv was not working. The attendant put a small cheap water bottle in the new room and said it was compensation for the inconvenience. I tried to get a hold of someone for some extra shampoo amenities but the guy was gone. The front office was locked. Nobody to help. One of the worst experiences ever. Certainly not worth the 100 dollars a night they charged. The only other 2 options were a motel very poorly rated and the another hotel 3km away. I wasn't driving so... The good thing about Claresholm is that everyone at the city office is extremely friendly, helpful and polite. The WORST Seven Inn should learn from them.

Somewhat dated and nothing fancy, but it served our purposes well. The rate was affordable as well.

This property looks really run down outside but inside it’s super clean and the manager is fantastic. Thanks so much !

Our stay was very enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. When we had a small problem it was fixed very quickly and with understanding.

A very cute hotel for a small town. I’m used to big major city hotels, so it was good for what it was.

The rooms could use some updating other than that or stay was nice

The room I was booked in had a missing door latch lock with the door trim ripped off (looking kicked in), mirror and bathroom dirty, toothpaste spit all over mirror. Hair on shower wall, floor not vacuumed, and hair in the bed sheets. Front counter man was not available in evening to change rooms, nor was he there at 7 am when I went to check out. I have never complained online but this was absolutely terrible.

The hotel is very clean and the front desk person Andy was very approachable and nice.

Needs major repair was windy out and the place sounded like it was going to come apart in fact manager had us park on opposite side of building in case something blew off the building
