卡頓伍德貝斯特韋斯特酒店(Best Western Cottonwood Inn)

My husband and I were celebrating our 40th Anniversary. We choose Best Western as it is pet friendly. We found the staff very friendly and customer oriented. Rooms were clean and well maintained. They offered all that we needed and would definitely stay there again.

Facilities were having new roof installed on all buildings, made for some parking and access confusion BUT, the work was done quickly and cleanly, the stay was great, the free breakfast was outstanding with very good rotating menu options daily, there were 2 or 3 minor issues with our room (basic wear and tear) the front desk accepted the issues with a smile and genuine concern for addressing them, only big issue was the sole ice machine was out of order for 4 straight days. Appearance wise, the sidewalks need a good serious pressure washing.

There was a mix up via ******* with booking date. After quite a few adventurous phone conversations with *******, everything worked out perfectly!!! Doug at front desk went above and beyond!!! He was SUPER patient and helpful!!!

Loved how it was in the right spot for everything. Never had to use r car to go anywhere. Everything was in walking distance. Staff was very helpful when we had questions or needed something

The bed sheets werent clean, overall not good...one of the bed sheet had blood in it...and i took a picture of it, problably not going to recomment this place or go back to one of those.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. This is not a $150 a night hotel. When I registered I was told I could not get express checkout since I booked third party. The desk clerk kept leaving me to help the other desk clerk. Very rude to me. This hotel is old and outdated. Carpet fragging. Old bathtub, low vanities and toilet. We will not stay here again

They were very accommodating when I had to change my reservation. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was great. It was convenient to the attractions in Sedona, approx a 20 min drive.

Nice place to stay with clean and spacious room. We had bonus breakfast. Reception was warm and welcoming. Check in process was breeze. Only caveat was that breakfast lounge was small and was really crowded in the morning. Area itself was secluded so felt like bit unsafe. But, overall excellent experience with our stay and will greatly recommend it for anyone looking to stay in that area.

Very busy intersection yet pretty quiet. Clean, breakfast is what you get now a days. Not bad for the rates.
