I have never been treated so poorly by the front desk staff in my life! First, I was double charged, and they refused to reverse the extra charges. I had to speak to multiple people to get this done and the nasty attitudes I received, and hostility was unparalleled. as the manager was looking at the discrepancy one of her staff was standing behind her spewing foul and vulgar comments unprovoked towards me. not once did the manager tell her to stop or be quiet. this is the worst staff I have ever encountered, and I travel half the year for business. I was finally able to get the funds refunded but the level of humiliation I endured during the process; I will never stay at a Microtel by Wyndham ever again!
