●Positive: convenient access to the hotel and some food options around the area. ●Negative: the room I had at this property was extremely nasty and dirty from what looked like blood stains on the pillow and also in the shower tub to what i believe was poop smeared on the floor. There was hair on the bathroom floor, in the shower and all over actually. When i pulled up to the room there were 3 guys out front of the room with 3 cases of beer and the cans were everywhere. They were hootin and hollerin into the night.i would not recommend this property to anyone and will never stay there again. The cleaning staff needs to be let go immediately or retraining needs to be done asap.

The room was clean, but needed renovation. The bathroom fixtures were old and broken, everything was from the last century. We had only Frosted Flakes with milk for breakfast.

Very old, wash basin didn't drain water after use, some lights didn't work, some plug points didn't work, overall everything was old and jammy. I didn't feel good staying. Won't book it again.

The AC was not good. Room had dead bugs, blood in the bathtub. I was happy to checkout in the morning.

Outter room was clean but the bathroom was flat out gross. There was even a booger or poop smeared on the bathroom wall.

One night stay I’m a local and I was without hot water for a few days and I stayed the night to have a good hot shower. I can always use a shower at work but it’s not like being in your own place.

Very aged motel with not so comfortable beds. Breakfast was nothing but a snack bar.

Air conditioner worked great. However it is outdated and needs to be cleaned better. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

The owner read me a check in and is a very gracious host of this property. I had an issue with the microwave that I reported, and he immediately came down to help remedy the issue and even had a nice conversation that included him giving me some guidance around the area of state parks and visiting Mount Magazine. Very comfortable room, upgraded nicely and I would stay here again when I am in the area.
