弗里敦伍德斯普林套房酒店(WoodSpring Suites Kansas City Liberty)

We cancelled our stay. The desk assistant was rude and grumpy. And wasn’t aware of a deposit for our pet as well another fee for just for the stay for our pet. We are out the money but wouldn’t book a stay at that hotel!

This facility is one of the worst ever. The overpowering smell if disinfectant is nauseating. It was very noisy. the handle fell off of the shower and we ha no lights in the morning. The place is a total disgusting dump!

the beds are cheaply made and our refrigerator was broken but it was clean and easy access to liberty.

Elevator had candy wrapper and paper on the floor. No instructions in the room on how to work the TV. Would not recommend.

The bedsprings stick in your back and your head. The pillow is so flat even when you fold it in half it’s may be an inch thick. Besides that, the stay was perfectly fine.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not sure but I feel like they tried to scam me. When I was checking in, the guy at the front said *******'s card was declined sand I had to talk with them. I have traveled with ******* for awhile now and have never had this issue. Before I got an ******* representative to call the hotel, the guy checking me in asked if I had a different card I could pay with and I advised him I'm not paying twice as the charge already went through on my credit card. Got someone from ******* to call and the hotel staff was super rude to him and immediately told him I was already checked in but literally 2 mins prior he was telling me it was denied. When I finally got checked in, they gave me a room that already had someone in it. I walked right in and someone was already asleep in the bed. Had to go back down to inform them and the 2 staff members made inappropriate comments about me having bad luck. In short, don't stay here. Complete nightmare!

Not pleased. My shower needed repair. Bathroom door damaged and did not close properly. When I checked in there was a water on the floor coming down from the AC. The room needed painting. The property and even the elevator smelled bad.

The outside was nice. The room was a disappointment. The pillows had stains. The bathroom door lower hinge came out of the wall. Unable to close bathroom door. No ice machine. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.
