First off, when we arrived we paid with cash and had to pay a deposit. When we left they would not return our deposit. Very disappointed with the way we were treated. Will not stay here ever again. Plus the floors were dirty in the room, the bathroom door was broke so it didn't shut all the way.

The top duvet of the bed was really dirty. When we asked for clean bedding to be put on our bed, we were just handed bedding. However, the bartender (Amber) next door was super friendly, helpful and extremely patient. It’s been a long time since I have seen a bartender with her skills.

Upon check in we were informed there is no “regular” maid service which I get if staffing is an issue. But I didn’t realize this meant that there would be stains on the bed spread and that your feet would literally be more dirty after your shower than before. There was also no working air conditioning in the room, it instantly smelled like dirty feet when we walked in and it was constantly damp in the room.

Booked and paid for room on ********** obviously. But when I checked in they said it had not been paid. I had to give them my CC to pay. Went to the room and settled in for the night. Room was decent with a bed that wasn't. Checked my CC and say BOTH charges on my card. Went back and showed front desk, guy gave me a cash refund and i went back to room. A few hours later as i was sleeping, the hotel manager calls my room and asks me to please come to the front. Now im really POed, i get up there and he explains that his new employee didnt know that cash refunds were not allowed. Finally he credited my CC but now i wait to see if it shows up. I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

IT was cold and windy the night we stayed-there was no air conditioner cover on our air conditioner and the cold air came through it over the bed.We could not keep the room warm enough to get a good nights sleep. Also-Someone had burned food in the microwave and it was not cleaned makings the room smell bad —Just a bad experience.

Service at the front desk was outstanding. The bedding was dingy & the pillows smelled.

This hotel is has a bar attached to the property and is on a noisy street The walk in shower was filthy (small tile on the floor), the towels were cheap and shredded. Limited toiletries, Very small TV, dirty carpet, no elevator, no breakfast,....... definately NOT worth the $102 I paid. A $40 hotel at best!!

Outside doesn't look the best but the rooms are very updated and clean. The hot tub and pool area was great.

Staff at check were polite and speedy. The room itself was quite dirty. Floors didn’t appear to have been swept, bathroom has something on the side of the tub and toilet didn’t appear to have been cleaned well. Also the handle for the shower was missing and the shower itself was quite poor. The hallway noise was very loud late and early. The pool area is very nice, but the spa was wuite unclean (hair, garbage, bugs). We have stayed at this hotel before and found it good for the price. I don’t know that we will return after this trip.
