Harrison, who is supposedly a manager kept insisting that ******* is a third party and having stay protection or having paid 405$ deposit carries no weight, and the several holds being put on my card in addition, some would be returned, some pending- but none could be documented so that I could sign and be clear what I am responsible for. I also have a lot of belongings and the check in valet crew were overwhelming where I felt they didn’t want me to have access to my car. The concierge/ checkin staff did not know anything about the beach policies, claiming it’s a public entity despite they advertise and market its proximity. I was delayed in arriving , I texted my concerns and I got an AI generated response, when I asked in person, the response was similar- a vague guess. The restaurant, pool, and other staff were excellent
