Likes: Clean room. View of beach and pool. Elliptical machines were fantastic. Dislikes: All same coffee pods in room, need more variety. No microwave in room. ALL MOVIES were charged $26.99 plus tax unless you accessed movies of your streaming services on phone. Had live TV. The dryer started smoking once plugged in and was replaced. Access to sauna or steam room was denied-only accessible if you bought a SPA service. The on site store was jammed in too small a space and needs a larger space with more choices. The pool was very dirty. I saw many many people in the hot tub all hours including 2am. I cleaned pools as a teen and I know what a pool should look like living in FL. The pool is too small for the property. There should be a lap pool as well or a graded slope pool for little ones. NO MAP OF THE PROPERTY available. Staff was working hard with what they had.

The Wyndham is the place to stay for sure! Right next to Pier 60. Great stay for our first visit to Clearwater. Many restaurants and downtown are in east walking distance. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Pool is open until 3am which is nice if you want a late night dip.

Check in was quick and easy, we had to ask about our prepaid breakfast. They gave us a letter to show everyday to the server, which i thought was inconvenient to carry every morning. We loved the room key bracelets. Room was nice nothing spectacular.

The cleanliness and staff are amazing. The location is great. You can walk to everything without needing a car. The pool area has an great view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The only thing we found disappointing was the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable and after spending 8 nights on it I felt like i got hit by a car. This was the only reason for not getting a 5 star review. When you stay in an expensive hotel you should feel rested when you leave.

Great amenities! Including beach chairs & umbrella, allow you to enjoy the beach as well as their pool & sauna! The staff were very polite and helpful! Definitely will stay here again!!!

The hotel was top notch in all areas. Very friendly, very clean and great service. Will stay longer next time we are here.

I was charged 2 bedrooms when I only had 1 bedrooms. Poor customer service, I will never stay again at this property. The Hyatt next door has better service.
