斯瑪特斯特茲汽車旅館(Smart Stayzzz Inns)

Admin staff rude asked us to pay again even though we could prove we had paid wotif very unfriendly and ruined our stay and wouldn't let us check in just one hour prior even though i was ill found mould in shower and smallest kitchen i have ever seen had no counter space had to put plates on bed wouldn't stay again

We were given a code to unlock our key which had been sent by txt which wasn't very helpful as until we got to the motel we had no internet on our trip. We are return customers and why we are returning customers was due to the manager and how friendly he was and loved the hot chocolate before we left in the morning. Now no manager on site and no office open, no Biscuits in the room and you can tell there are cut backs.. Our room had white footprints in it and where the floor was wet Just disappointing overall and we wont be back.

It was clean

Clean comfortable accommodation. Newer modern amenities. Easy after hours check in. Only complaint is lack of water pressure in shower. Would recommend and stay again.

Convenient to all local amenities, very professional and friendly staff.

Clean property, everything we needed for our short stay.

The room was fairly clean. Went to the bathroom on arrival and the floor was very wet. The exhaust fan didnt work because it is closed with dust and lint. Defiantly not a 4 star rating.
