We were given a code to unlock our key which had been sent by txt which wasn't very helpful as until we got to the motel we had no internet on our trip.
We are return customers and why we are returning customers was due to the manager and how friendly he was and loved the hot chocolate before we left in the morning.
Now no manager on site and no office open, no Biscuits in the room and you can tell there are cut backs.. Our room had white footprints in it and where the floor was wet
Just disappointing overall and we wont be back.
