I know the place is under renovation however stuff all over the place and was put in a room with damages place needs new mattresses

El olor, el ambiente

I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was not being properly maintained, the paint is pealing off the side of the building. There was furniture stacked all in the ally way. The room was dirty, the furniture was broken, and everything is worn out and neglected. One of the most concerning things was that the door to the room down from ours has been kicked in. The door frame was busted up and splintered, which made us question the safety and security of the property. The beds were just as disappointing. There were no bed skirts, leaving the stained box springs completely exposed. The smell in the rooms were horrible, air was off in the room and it was 100 degrees outside. The bedding and room was not clean, and the overall condition made it difficult to feel comfortable staying there. This hotel did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or guest safety. I went to the front desk explaining the situation and asked for a refund, he said because it was booked through ******* he couldn't do that. We left and did not stay there. We went and found another room somewhere else. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay. Management needs to address the property’s cleanliness, repair the damaged rooms, and improve overall maintenance. I wished I had taken pictures now to upload them.

The place is being remolded and our room had new carpet. New armchair, freshly painted and great plugs for electronics. There were not enough towel hooks in the bath, one handle on dresser was hanging down and outside was dirty and a bit trashy,( old furniture and repair objects everywhere). One young man was alone to run the place and didn’t make it up in time for breakfast nut I will give him an A for effort. The price was appropriate for what we experienced.

Breakfast food was limiter milk was expired by 4 days the yogurt was a month out of date

It is a great place to stay. A little older but still good. Staff was excellent! Breakfast was a little sparse but for the price was good enough. A good place to stay for a conference!

The hotel is old and in terrible condition. The furniture in our room was very old, stained and dirty. The carpet was at least 20-25 years old. The toilet leaked and a plastic trash container was used to catch the water. It is hard to believe this hotel is in operation and has not been closed by the city health and codes department. I would never stay there again. I originally booked 3 nights but checked out after 2 and the hotel still charged me for the 3 nights. No refund.

Room was dated, beds were well worn, property has TRASH in the parking lot and around the building, Old (faded) boxes stored under the stairs, car seat and other toys on the walkway. Stairs were a hazard (concrete surface chipped away). Pillow looked like it had a dirty footprint on it.
