We loved this property the first time we stayed. We had a great room with a view of Cleveland Clinic and a nice sized bathroom. This time we had a view of air conditioners and a small bathroom that you couldn't open the door fully because it hit the toilet. I had a nose bleed and I asked that morning if I could get my sheets changed and they radioed someone to do it. We went out for the day and when we got back the bed hadn't been change. It was late so the next morning I asked again about the sheets and they made a note of it and said housekeeping would do it today. We got back that night and someone had put a do not disturb sign on our door and the bed was not changed. I went down to complain and the lady at the front desk said housekeeping had gone home for the day and said she could give me sheets to change it myself. I declined and she made a note and finally the day before we were due to leave they changed the sheets. Its a shame because its a really pretty hotel. Half the staff are great but then there was one in particular who rolled her eyes at me when I asked about the bedding being changed because she had to get up out of her chair to come and help me. Hilton also says there are free cookies. I never saw them at all but the elevator had a sign telling you about them. I think Hilton need to look at how lazy some of their staff are.
