Traveling to DC with our family of four. This was a halfway point for us and allowed us to visit the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame! The staff was fantastic! The woman checking us in was very professional and made us feel welcome. As kids will do, they forgot their toothbrushes, but the gentleman at the front desk was able to provide some for us. Checkin/check out was super easy and fast!

Hotel caught fire during my stay and unfortunately I lost all of my belongings!!! I understand that things unexpectedly happen, but was disappointed that the hotel didn’t reach out to give updates to the guests the were staying there when the fire happened or help us find rooms

Every time I stay here it's a wonderful experience considering most hotels in the area are either dirty or the conditions aren't the greatest maybe a little bit more pricey but it is what it is I'd rather pay for Quality rather than anything else thank you.

Stay was very good except I choose this hotel because one reason was it had an indoor pool. When we when the pool was unavailable.

The hotel is nice and updated. The pool and the breakfast were both great. The room would have been so nice if properly cleaned but it was not. There was hair in the shower, a toenail on the bathroom floor, and a hoodie from a previous guest in the closet. I value cleanliness above all else, so suffice to say I would not come back.
