The check in staff was not very friendly, the parking attendants were very friendly. The room clean, bed comfortable, pillows not. Restroom inside doorframe was rotted, very visible, not pretty. Surprising for a pricy hotel. Area has lots of great restaurant options. Walkable to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Guardian BB stadium. Great location.

Liked the view from our room . The outdoor dining situation was a little confusing, along with use-sage of the fire pit . When the website advertises these attractions . Very clean . Professional staff , easy checking in and out . Breakfast was excellent . Would stay again .

Property was modern and clean. Staff was friendly and made the check in/out process quick and painless. There is a bar, restaurant, spa, fitness center, and hair salon in the hotel. Location was perfect for walking to many popular venues in the area.

Nice hotel, good area, great breakfast served in the lobby. We did think it is tacky to charge $14.95 for wifi when every other hotel just offers it. Also, something had been used to clean the bathtub that left it very slippery, and as the tub also didn't drain well, it felt dangerous when showering.

No hot water in room,no local channels came in on tv,door was hard to open ,charged us double for our drinks,wasnt informed about stadium food only kn sundays,

We stayed here because of the proximity to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It was an easy walk and a short drive to the Flats area. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The club was well stocked with snacks and drinks, which was great. The only downside was the shower pressure and an older tv in the room.

The hotel was clean and the service was great. Location was super convenient as I was there for an event in the Key Tower. Have experienced better value at other hotels that offer free Wi-Fi and free breakfast for way less per night rate.

Tried to check in through out the day. Repeatedly took other people in front of us . 3 other couples in our party arrived hours after us and were able to check in immediately. When we finally got into our room, it had not been cleaned. Very disappointing considering the amount we paid to stay here!
