I would rate this place as DANGEROUS to stay in! Elevators not working...and uninspected. Pool area was being heated by heat lamps so pipes in the empty pool would not freeze. Restaurant has been closed for many years ( so why advertise it?) Both Shuttle vehicles are non functional....and no offer to help with alternative shuttle. There is more....but if all that is not scary enough....Yikes!

Never go here, you will be robbed. My car was broken into and all my belongings stolen in their parking lot. It’s been almost a month mow, and the police are giving up because the hotel management can’t be bothered to talk to them to release any security footage.

No one was at the front desk…then a young girl came out that looked like she was hanging out at home with a Disney sweater…. The pool was closed. The bed felt like you were sleeping right on springs. Pillows horrible. There weren’t that many people staying there on a Monday but it seemed they put everyone next to eachother…. The bathroom shower was old and outdated. The elevators weren’t all working. You can find a much nicer stay for a few more bucks…don’t waste it here!!!

This place was horrible- rude and incompetent staff- outdated room, mishaped pillows, filty tub, hard bath towels- just overall dingy. Loud parties going on all night long and people parading through the halls screaming at night. No restaurant, no coffee as advertised- would never stay here again

We get to our room, and the first thing we noticed is that there were 3 towels in the bathroom. All hand towels. Went to the front desk and the young man informs my husband that there are no more. We both had to shower the next morning using 3 hand towels. Went down again the next day to ask for more (for the next morning) and again was told, that there were no more. Let’s talk about the bathroom. Not sure what was all over the door. It was absolutely filthy. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower (not a fan in sight) the shower doors looked like they weren’t cleaned. Ever. And the shower floor looked pretty grimy too. Hey, but the bed & pillows were comfortable! When you’re walking to the lobby you can see that the pool is out of order. It’s kind of creepy. Looks like one of those photos of abandoned places. Cover up the glass windows so patrons can’t see inside. That’s it. That’s the review. Oh, and what’s with the email I received asking for a review? I’m not sure what language it came in. (See photo)

Do not pay for the park and fly option that Marriott offers at this hotel. The shuttle to and from the airport is not dependable, so you might as well pay to park somewhere more reliable such as 2 Birds. We had no issue getting a ride to the airport but the shuttle was broke down on our return, causing us to pay for an Uber back to our car at the hotel (at our expense). This hotel feels like it is struggling to stay in business. Lots of broken or out of services amenities, and we had a so/so experience. You definitely get what you pay for at this location.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star it was awful, place was disgusting it was filthy stains all over the carpet, mattress, comforter, bathroom was filthy the room smelled, elevators did not work, and paid extra for the park and fly and when I arrived home I called the hotel for the shuttle service to come back and get my car and I had a party of 4 with luggage. The rude girl at the desk said sorry shuttle is in the shop call and Uber. She also told me it wasn’t her problem I asked for the manage she told me there was no way to get a hold of him and hung up. My husband called back and she told him the manager was in a meeting and wouldn’t come out so he was on site she was just to lazy to get him. I would NEVER stay at the place. Pay extra go somewhere else! The place is filthy and staff does NOT care and is rude.

This place is a dump! Thermostat not working , no restaurant as advertised No coffee. Bathroom tub rusty. Thermostat in room not working. Only thing going for it - free parking and shuttle to airport. Upon return at 11:00 pm called front desk to request shuttle was told by nice staff it broke down today … they allegedly sent an email … nope. Didn’t call either and wouldn’t reimburse our Uber. Crappy end to a great vacation

This was a one night stop the first night of a lengthy road trip. The room was a fair price and clean. Location was fine for driving to and exploring Cleveland for the time we were there. Free parking.

Kind personnel , but the hotel is quite smelly and , above all, dirty . Dirty , stained carpet everywhere, in the room there were several stained places, on the furniture and on the carpet . The room smelled awful. The linens looked dirty and already used. I did jot complain just because of my very short stopover for the night. I recommend to find better, cleaner hotels. The desk personnel was friendly and helpful.

Where do I start? We didn’t find out the restaurant was closed until we checked in. The pool was out of order. I found small bugs on the floor. Despite the fact that there were two of us, there was only ONE towel in the bathroom. The dispensers in the shower were EMPTY. Thankfully there were small toiletries on the sink. Never again.
