克里夫蘭希爾頓歡朋酒店(Hampton Inn Cleveland-Downtown)

It was great! Within walking distance to all our activities. The parking was a little steep at 39$ for the night plus tipping. But the hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. Would definately stay here again.

Nice room. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Would definitely stay here again. 10 min. Walk to rock n roll hall of fame. Lots of eating places to walk to. Just wish the valet wasn't so pricey. Didn't use the in and out so just sat there for 2 nights. Should be cheaper for that. Overall a great place to stay.

The staff was incredible. Prior to my stay I called and spoke with Jennifer letting her know we would probably be early and asked about transportation. She set me up with Emmanuel,Emmy Transports, . When we got there our room was ready and our transportation was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful in all aspects of our visit. Thank you all very much

I expected more from a Hilton property at a downtown location. The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The rooms are dated. Refridgerators and microwaves have to be requested "if they're available." That really should be standard. The fridge in my room sat on the floor in front of the dressing table. There was no "designated" space for it, so they put it where ever there was room. A microwave wasn't available :-/ No privacy curtains. Either you had blackout curtains or nothing at all. The sheer curtains should be standard. The yellow lighting in the bathroom is also very dated. They're located in the ceiling which casts a shadow down on your face while doing makeup - not a flattering look. On the brighter side - the staff is absolutely phenomenal! Delightful personalities, and eager to assist :-) The location is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and quick bites.

Very convenient location with parking garages and restaurants near by. There is a church across the street in which the bell rings on the hour. It is also a hot location in which you hear police sirens, and ambulances ALL night long. Other than that, very cleaned hotel with friendly staff.

Great stay. Clean hotel, close to everything downtown which was a plus. Their valet parking price is ridiculous but self parking around the block for 20 bucks a day. Breakfast was good but for what we stayed per night it should have been made to order. Vietnamese place on their corner is delicious. Recommend and would stay again for sure.
