克里夫蘭機場希爾頓花園旅館(Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Airport)

We were assigned a room at check-in on the 3rd floor but the door wouldn’t open then they assigned us a room on the 6th floor but the maintenance manager put us in a closer room on the 3rd floor. The front desk staff wanted to move us again to the 6th floor. We ended up on the 3rd floor. The front desk staff were rude to us severely times. The shuttle drivers and maintenance manager were great.

Once my family and I came into the hotel we were greeted with such great hospitality and they accommodated us very well because once we got there the rooms were not available but we were assured that as soon as one was available they would contact us and sure enough it was just like that we were able to check in and the rooms were clean and once again the staff was very kind knowledgeable and very pleasant and had very nice attitudes and I would look forward to coming back

More like a motel 8 but older! Ask for room to be cleaned and new towels and got neither! Coffee in the morning was cold and had to pay for anything else! Rooms are very old!

The property, staff, and service were absolutely amazing. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and gave great service. The only downside is that there’s only a few places to eat close by but you will have to drive a few minutes out of your way to find someplace else to eat but they do close pretty early during the week at those restaurants. Luckily, there is a restaurant in a small bar inside of the hotel, and they also serve breakfast and coffee in the mornings. Yes, you can tell that the hotel is a little outdated but overall the cleanliness was OK I didn’t see anything sketchy.

Very clean. Individual bottles of shampoo etc instead of having to share a pump bottle used by other guests. Amped guitar player in the lobby was a little loud when we arrived and front desk staff could not hear us but otherwise check in was fine. Young hockey team also staying at hotel, some door slamming and hallway noise, which eventually died down. 10 minutes from airport, but allow extra time for parking.

I was shocked when I walked into the room. Very second rate. My window looked out onto the top of some building that was very unattractive. Closed the curtains so I didn't have to see it.
