If you are needing services at the Cleveland Clinic there is no other place to stay. The staff are great. The food choices (allergy-related) are outstanding. And the connection to the Cleveland Clinic is perfect.

My husband is a patient at Cleveland Clinic We have been staying at the Intercontinental once or twice a year, for at least 20 years. Housekeeping hasn't gone to their pre pandemic level. Had to call for housekeeping services like replacement of glasses, coffee mugs, coffee, and cleaning up the room.

I had gone for surgery to the Cleveland Clinic and this hotel was extremely well located for that purpose. It was well located, friendly and quiet. I faced no issue at all. My only suggestion would be that since most of the people staying here are patients and relatives who are seeking care at the Cleveland Clinic they can lean into being a medical note of sorts. They didn’t have anything that caters to these clients

In a wheelchair and instead of meeting me at the low counter, staff continued to yell over the counter while masked. I couldn't hear anything.
Charges were not itemzied for room service and ended up being only a few dollars less than the food, which was not great. Clerk couldn't print me out a breakdown of tons of small charges.
Finally, the room was rather ripped up for over $300 per night. Missing baseboard and dirty-looking carpet. It advertises luxury, but it's just not at the level it should be.

Intercontinental Cleveland is always superb. The higher cost is worth the convenience and ambience. I always stay there when traveling to the Cleveland Clinic.
