克里夫蘭市中心的英迪格酒店，IHG 酒店(Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown, an IHG Hotel)

Just a 1 night stay for a concert nearby. Staff was friendly, room was clean & smelled very nice. Only dislike was the green mountain kcup coffee in the room was awful. Maybe it was a dirty coffee machine, I’m not sure and I’m not picky about coffee either.

Hotel bien rénové et personnel vraiment très gentil et attentionné. 👌 Super ambiance si on veut aller voir un match de baseball au Progressive Field. On a même eu 2 soirs de feux d’artifice! On peut vraiment bien visiter la ville à pied. Et facile pour le train pour l’aéroport et pour visiter les musées dans University Circle. Je recommande.

Very noisy second floor room, guessing it was AC units on roof just outside the window (crappy view). It sounded like a vacuum cleaner going all night, had trouble sleeping. Remote for TV didn’t work, was it simply failing to replace batteries? The icing on the cake was when the toilet clogged the next morning with normal use (no tampons or anything). Much more was expected given the terrific location which was really the only reason I could justify the price for an otherwise ordinary facility. Still haven’t gotten a response from the hotel.

The front desk staff was fantastic. They were friendly and professional. They accommodated our flights early arrival and made every effort to get us into our rooms. They gave wonderful restaurant recommendations. Very pleased with the 3 day, two night stay.

Great option for attending a game at Progressive Field. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quite large. All of the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly.

Great spot, really enjoyed the hotel and boutique atmosphere. Only challenge was parking…they say parking is available but valet only at $48/day.

I like the convenience of the location. The hotel needs updating, adding microwaves in the rooms and to offer free breakfast for the price. Overall, decent service and food.
