Horrible beds................Breakfast ? .Really just serving coffee and granola bars! They should not advertise breakfast I rate this a 5 Building looks nice outside but not what you would expect for 100 a ight in Cleveland . Price should be more like $65.00

I traveled all the way from Ohio to be disappointed it’s my son birthday he turned 5 we got her to check in first I was booked for the wrong room but I settled for the room they gave me and when I got there it was a mess like somebody have been sleeping on the beds it’s trash every where it was just a disgrace and we couldn’t even get settled in so it took time from us playing at the park we had go back tell them about it we was only able to play at the park for 3 hours there wasn’t any towels in the new room they gave us and we had to call for towels they had us watch 2 hours I thought it was a smoke free facility I smell ********* and cigarettes all in the hallways also a life guard grabbed my son by his arms and he said it was hard to the point he was crying I’m very unsatisfied and disappointed I came to enjoy my self with my children and have a good time we got stuck out our room we had to wait 40 mins for them to come to let us in I understand this is a busy place but communication in the key when I called about us getting in our room I had to call serval time first it was a lady she hung up on me but then a man answered he was polite

This was one of the worst hotels I've EVER stayed at. The entrance was not inviting at all...cigarette butts on the ground, broken tile in the foyer, & an overall feeling of being in an area that was frequented by people that didn't care about their surroundings.

I didn’t even check in and tried to cancel my reservation with no answer on their end! They charged me for a room I didn’t even use!!

The room smelt of smoked cigarettes. Therewere cigarette burns on the sink and burn marks in the carpet.

it just seemed outdated - the cleanliness was a little questionable as well. We found little black curly hairs on several towels in the bathroom after we checked in. And the hallways and lobby reeked of cigarette.

Starting with the elevator which was filthy and had burn marks on the floor. Now the room had a nasty smell, the refrigerator looks like it was picked up by the side of the road. Dingy towels thay shoukd have been white were grey.and the green paint on the walls is headache inducing.

When I got there no rooms were available because they were dirty! The girl at the front desk was so helpful by checking the rooms. She had to do a complimentary room change only for those rooms to be dirty too!! There were roaches all in the room!!!…..I frequently stay here for business trips and never had an issue until this stay.

Unfortunately, there is not really a breakfast but snacks, coffee and oatmeal instead.
