克利夫蘭萊克伍德温德姆戴斯酒店(Days Inn by Wyndham Cleveland Lakewood)

It was a little difficult to find. Its located in a very nice neighborhood, very clean and pleasant looking. The hotel itself looks older. Painted over lots of times. I reserved a smoking room with a queen bed because i only needed an overnight stay. Its a small room, with tv, ac unit, and a bathroom and shower stall. The room said it included breakfast, which was an absolute bonus as that meant one less thing to stop for. I was notified the following morning that breakfast was not being offered vecause 'of covid' and they hadn't offered breakfast in 2 years. In the breakfast room there were numerous rolls of what looked like old carpet. I was not made aware of this when checking in. The sheets were stained, as were bits of the carpet in the room. There was also no garbage can in the room - which is more of a convenience thing I suppose, and no refrigerator or microwave (I was not expecting these amenities, but I was hopeful). The room included some towels and toiletries along with a hairdryer which I did not use. I think this is canon for "you get what you pay for".

Had to get toilet paper and towels from the front desk. Room was okay, but no fridge or microwave and dingy carpet needs replaced. Hallways are somewhat dark and ordinary and smelled like ****.

Well the receptionist at the hotel if she was nice but the rest of the hotel look like it needed to be updated it was missing items out the rooms the chairs wiring coming out the walls just wasn't a place to stay at all

The front desk manager tried to swindle me out of a deposit which is not required.

Non smoking room had cigarette burns all around the sink, on the serving tray that held the warped stationary they laid out for us, sheets were stained, thin old blankets had stains and cigarette burn holes. Room smelled awful so we slept with window open and couldn’t wait to leave. Yes looks like they cleaned but it was still disgusting. Whole place smelled like a smokers house, covered up a bit. Like a smoking uncles hug when he wears a lot of cologne.

Ich so einen Drecksladen noch nie gesehen, daher werde ich wieder Abreisen werde mich morgen melden möchte mein Geld zurück habe auch einige Fotos gemacht. Buche sehr viel bei Euch aber diedes Hotel sollte bei euch nicht mehr angeboten werden sehen sie die Bewertungen
