Traveling to Cleveland clinic for medical appts. Proximity and shuttle service to appts is appreciated. Pleasant, quiet, safe environment when 6 hrs. from home. My Great newphew’s flat Stanley traveled with us!

My room was dirty and hot when I got there. Waited hours to try to bring in below 78. Their maintenance man tried to break into my room without requesting assistance. Their front desk is completely incompetent and unhelpful. It was already a stressful trip and this hotel made the experience ten times more stressful. They said since I booked through ******* they couldn’t compensate me for the room change. I’ll need to visit Cleveland frequently in the coming years and I’ll pay more and inconvenience myself to never deal with the trash behavior exhibited at this hotel again.

Julia was amazing the front desk! She was empathetic to my needs! She offered me late checkout while waiting for my next doctor’s appointment at Cleveland Clinic as well as allowing me to use her personal laptop to complete a document for work!
How could I forget Vanessa! My flight was getting in early at 11am. Check-in was at 4pm. I called to see if they had early check in for the day. Fortunately they did and she reserved my name for a room with no hesitation. They truly accommodate their clients especially when you have other concerns for yourself and don’t want to be stressed.

The eating facility was limited and the service was terrible. Internet, both on line and mobile was terrible. I complained at the front desk about being able to simply get on line on the business center computer and both clerks laughed and said "yes, its terrible". No apologies or reasoning just acknowledgement.

Our bathroom has mold on the shower and shower curtain with having lung problems this is not good. Previous stay room was much nicer. Staff seemed very indifferent not friendly as last time. I would not stay here again
