excellent location especially if you come to party, plenty of dining options, and entertainment in the area. It can be noisy though nothing a pair of ear plots can’t solve. Room was clean, front desk attendant Tyrell was the sweetest, welcoming, and courteous.

Room service was inconsistant. Towels some days only. Forgot to leave any towels twice. Same was bottled water, eplaced only once in 4 days. Ironing board was broken. Sink would fill quickly and not drain. And worst of all no place to put amenites in shower.

Very cool hotel in a vibrant area ! Lots of dining options - highly recommend Sora down stairs , amazing sushi . Friendly staff all around .

It was amazing. I loved the view (we were on the 6th floor). The rooms were great, everything was clean. Mr Sherman was amazingly helpful and the food was so so so good.

This hotel is located in a vibrant area. Many dinning options around. I received a phone call to be switched to a room with a king bed with an air mattress. I agreed. We arrived late and the room was not ready. I had to wait for the air mattress for 45 minutes.. but that’s not all. The clerk didnt give us any bed sheets or pillows.. I called and had to wait another 30 minutes… finally, he came with 3 thin fitted sheets, no pillows or cover.. by then is was around 1:00am.. I had to sleep very uncomfortably and cold. This was my first time in this hotel and it will be my last one too. I thought that paying more maybe was going to give me a better stay (right?) but this hotel was a real disappointment. Do not stay here, there are better options.

Nice property. Lobby area bare. Surrounding areas Ok but extremely loud over night. Not good sleep because of location.

the parking was very confusing and the rates did not match what I was told by the valet. The entrance is not on the street that is listed on the app.

No hot water I’m the morning; couldn’t rake a shower! Also, someone dropped pretzels in the corridor around 8pm Saturday night, and they were still there Sunday morning. Wanted to buy some toiletries, and there was no one to ring me up. Check staff was good though…room was good. But no clock?!?!

The staff is not friendly at all. From valet to front desk….yikes. They are aloof bordering on rude. Maybe a little customer service training or common courtesy. The hotel isn’t that clean either. We will not be staying here again.
