斯科菲爾德金普頓酒店(Kimpton Schofield Hotel)

飯店很好。話雖如此，隔壁有一個婚禮派對，派對一直持續到凌晨 4 點。除此之外，飯店還向我的信用卡收取了兩次費用，所以現在我花了超過 30 分鐘的時間試圖獲得退款。

Location is great, close to everything. Front desk staff is dismissive, valet service is slow but they're much friendlier. The common areas are nice and well maintained, the rooms not so much. The room was loud, poor noise insulation. Very poor job in cleaning, otherwise had all the essentials.. Would try elsewhere for the price.

I booked this Kimpton thinking it would be similar to the Kimpton in Pittsburgh we stayed at, but it was not. The rooms were not as nice (the one we stayed in had the windows painted black), the bathroom shower wasn’t very clean, and the room in general just looked a little run down. The location was good and the staff were very nice, but I don’t think I would stay at this hotel again.

The lobby / team / restaurant on site is great. Free water bottle, post cards to write home, complimentary tea in the morning (the coffee was really bad so i went with tea). Would be nice if the snack bar had breakfast bars or something too not just candy. The room overall was fine, the bed had a weird dip in it, I was trying to sit up to read and i couldn’t sit all of the way upright - almost like a wooden plank - i’m not sure. The pillows and shower were good. The fitness facility needs help. Not the most clean, only 1/3 treadmills worked and the one that did work made a really strange sound the whole time. No dumbbells lighter than 10 pounds. There were mats but no floor space actually use it. There’s really only space for 1-2 people to use the weights at once and that’s if you get someone else in there that’s good with space sharing. Overall everything was fine for my needs, but not fully worth the price that it goes for and how it’s branded in my opinion, my expectations were higher.

We stay here every year for our annual Guardians game. It's always clean and everyone is courteous and accommodating. Short walk to the stadium and lots of restaurants. Price is a bit steep for 1 night in Cleveland but I guess the safety and convenience makes up for it.

I am SHOCKED that no one has contacted me... after I BEGGED for management to contact me... via the front desk and through DOZENS of emails via LinkedIn: 1) I booked my reservation via ********** and I had to book THREE DIFFERENT reservations, and use a $500 gift card for each. 2) When I checked in, they had only received the SECOND two nights, but not the first. They had no way of checking me in. They refused to contact ********** and kept IMPLYING it was "my fault" for using a "third party" Check in took AN HOUR and the front desk personnel said MULTIPLE TIMES that they were brand new and weren't trained properly. CHECK IN TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO CHECK US IN!!! We FINALLY got checked in and they CONFIRMED/PROMISED that we would have ONE ROOM THE ENTIRE TIME and that they fully understood there were three reservations, but only one room needed. 3) The next night at 1am we got home from an event and the elevator would not let us up. We went to the front desk and the person their told us that we had been "checked out" and there was no way to get us back in room (even though my CPAP and medications where inside). EVEN SECURITY SAID THEY CAN'T OPEN THE DOOR!?!?!? AN HOUR LATER, they put us in an empty room to sleep (WITH NO ACCOMODATIONS! Not even a toothbrush!). The next morning they "apologized" and told me the front desk was not trained. I had to sleep in an empty room... without MY CLOTHES, MEDICATIONS OR CPAP because they couldn't open a door!?!?!?

Absolutely loved the hotel. They allowed me to check in early & check out late. Everyone was incredibly friendly & helpful. Great food & service in the restaurant & cozy lobby. Will definitely return if I’m ever back in Cleveland. Plus the market across the street is awesome! Homemade ice cream, wine tasting, great salmon bowls. Thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Very Nice Accommodations .Staff was Courteous and Vey Friendly . The Hotel is an Easy Walk To and From Rocket Mortgage Arena . Breakfast was Exceptional.

Stylish hotel that is convenient for downtown and the lake front. However there was a lot of traffic noise from our room (3rd floor) which disturbed our sleep. On-site restaurant was only so-so in terms of food
