德魯這家店位置很好，而且1930年，從電梯就可以看出歷史歲月 1.前台都有着白人的優越感，接觸感都是妥妥眼神隔離 2.大家來千萬不要住229這個房間，靠近前台，大堂很嘈雜，即使半夜凌晨，都有噪音，老建築一點沒有隔音 3.房間是每天打掃，但是也就是僅僅規整下而已 4.晚上的自助大家還就是自己買點吃吃吧

酒店不錯，下次來克利夫蘭的話會考慮再入住

We loved our stay at the Drury Plaza, Downtown Cleveland! The staff was all very nice. Most hotels in this area and price range didn't have a pool or spa, so the swimming area felt like a bonus! It was clean, and very enjoyable. The kick- start they offer was amazing! It was an entire dinner included in the hotel price! PLUS 3 adult beverages per adult staying! They were classic drinks, think cranbery vodka and whiskey and cokes. Breakfast was also delicious! It had a lot more to offer than just the normal hotel continental breakfast. The eating area was super clean and kept up nicely. We walked 5 minutes to the House of Blues for a concert. The walk was pretty strait forward to the Downtown area! The hotel itself was pretty clean. It's a bit out dated (no USB outlets, the plumbing is obviously old, and drained a bit slow, small tvs, old carpet) but it didn't really take away from its old time unique charm with all the marble and lighting. The beds and pillows were super comfy! My son did mention he wished he would have brought a cozy blanket, bc theirs are pretty thin. We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we are in the area! We will also look into staying at different Drury locations when on trips!

Hotel is clean and great amenities! Staff is friendly and courteous. I would recommend! I stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel for a short getaway!

Good!

Cobwebs in corner and dirty. Small. Room in poor condition. Valet, breakfast staff and front desk personnel rude. I've stayed here before so I can compare. The last time 2 years ago room clean and in good condition. This time cobwebs in corners of room, valet basically gave me the car keys to get the car and charged almost 40 bucks a night for me to self park. Bathroom walls appear to have been recently either patched or touched up with pain and a poor repair job. Breakfast staff seem to be put off when I requested something that was off. Drury downtown I will not be staying again.

Because it overlooks a lot of public areas, I expected there to be some kind of privacy screen over the windows to allow light in but there was not. The room I was in had some wear and tear along the walls but was clean for the most part. Without using the valet parking, there is no connection to the building from the nearby parking garage and the entrance to the building from one side is not wheelchair accessible. The staff was very courteous and gracious and having a nightly meal was very appreciated

Stayed for the Brown’s/Steeler’s game. Perfect location, clean, great amenities. They had happy hour with food and three free drinks and good breakfast buffet, (better than typical hotel buffets) and 24 hour coffee.Valet service is wonderful and convenient. Only thing I would suggest is to upgrade coffee please!

This hotel is phenomenal!! Every member of the staff was absolutely amazing - so kind, so friendly, and so welcoming. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended our trip an extra day!! Walking distance to everything. They also have a fantastic happy hour with free drinks and yummy snacks. Breakfast buffet was really delicious, and their coffee is so good!! If you're headed to Cleveland for any reason, make sure you stay at the Drury!!!

There are many hotels within a block of the Drury inn but none have the characteristics and uniqueness of this hotel. The architecture is amazing as it used to be an old bird of education building that was renovated to become this amazing hotel!!! Every amenity you would want such as work out facility, pool, bar lounge, restaurant are all inside and the staff is incredible from the front desk to the valets

Hotel was nice. Bath towel were not soft. No night light. Wish we had been more informed about the complimentary “snacks”. Thought it would be just chips, etc. but it was a full meal served there. We ate at the Teachers lounge and spent $45 when we could have just eaten free across the hall.

Initially my experience was very good. My first morning I asked the front desk could they have my room serviced. My wife and I returned to our room 10hrs. late only to find our room to be in the same condition as we left it. I called the front desk again only to receive clean towels. That night while sleeping we were awaken by the room next door at 2am with loud voices and music. It continued until 4am. I then called the front desk and security resolved the issue.

We love the Drury. We always stay here when we come to Cleveland. Location is great to walk to games and explore the downtown area. Service is always wonderful. You can really tell the employees love working there. And the free drinks and food are a great treat too!

Excellent location close to Rock n Roll Hall of Fame and several restaurants. Nice older building with high ceilings but updated and well maintained. Included decent buffet breakfast and happy hour snacks with 3 free drinks per person per day. Friendly staff were available when needed.
