This was a great pick to stay. It was a bit far to walk to the centre but a taxi was 10 minutes and cost nothing. It has free onsite parking if you hire a car. You can walk to the centre, just takes 40 minutes or a bus stop is 5 minutes away. The room was a great size and it was really clean. Everything was new in the room. There wasn’t much to do in the hotel, an eating/drinking area is the most you’ll get but it’s a city break so you don’t need anything else. I’d definitely stay again. Staff spoke really good English and were really friendly. Good value for sure

Super modern hotel I give it 5*. The hotel looks brand new, it’s located not far from Cluj old town, 10 mins walk, and is super modern, with a lot of tech, large windows floor to ceiling and a very comfortable bed. Staff is very kind, breakfast is of great quality with buffet and a la carte menu. Didn’t have a chance to try the rooftop or the gym, but would definitely return, had a great experience

This was our first visit to Cluj, and we had originally booked the Radisson Blu, but to my surprise when I was browsing Marriott Bonvoy’s app this hotel came up. Newly opened only a few months. This country are is simply the best I have stayed in. The Arrival We drove from Bucharest and we were messaging through the Marriott App for car parking guidance, to our shock on arrival the car had to go in a lift! Very clever use of space and the car park was super clean and very convenient. Price at €20.00 a day, looking in the surrounding area at the not so secure car parks there’s only a couple of euros difference and the hotel feels safer. Check in was smooth, team knowledgeable but the lobby just has a very modern, fresh feel. Bright and presents itself in a minimalist but luxurious form which is very surprising for the brands positioning, but so very welcome. The Room Technologically led, modern, very clean. One of the comfiest beds and pillows I’ve had a while, and they took note of my preferences which was great to see. Daily housekeeping kept the room in check and i really liked the music in the bathroom and the hotel corridors. Bathrobes, slippers and water were all present in our Superior King Room. With this room type we were on the first floor and it didn’t come with any view but that didn’t bother us as we had a big window that could open and with it being city centre views weren’t on the priority list for us. The Breakfast What a spread on offer and beautifully set up and with the friendliest of team members. Most courtyards would just have the buffet but my partner asked for something off menu and they made it no problem, and subsequently for the following three mornings they made it without issue, a slight nod on arrival to confirm that’s what he was after and they made it. This was a true example of anticipatory Serivce and personalisation. This hotel for me is a stand out for a city like Cluj, it’s in such a good location right in the old town and offers such a good experience for those in Cluj. 10 out of 10! Well done to the Courtyard Cluj Team! I’m sure you will grow even stronger as the hotel matures.

High service level! Many thanks to Daniel Truta, he went above and beyond to ensure we have the best conditions for our activities. The team, overall, does a very good job, also in Marco Polo restaurant, Reception desk and the Spa center. A very good experience!

Καταπληκτικό ξενοδοχείο με μεγάλους κοινόχρηστους χώρους πεντακάθαρα και μεγάλα δωμάτια,τα κρεβάτια είχαν άριστης ποιότητας στρώματα κάτι πολύ σημαντικό αφού και σε πολυτελή ξενοδοχεία μερικές φορές τα στρώματα είναι μέτριας ποιότητας.Η θερμοκρασία στο δωμάτιο και γενικά σε όλους τούς χώρους ιδανική.Το πρωινό εκπληκτικό, μόνο το μεσημεριανό και το βραδυνό ήταν μέτριο στο full board.

My favorite hotel to stay in while I am in Cluj-Napoca. I think the location is a bit far from the center, but the services and stay compensate for it. There aren't many restaurants close by, but the downstairs restaurant is good, and the service is impeccable. It's a bit more expensive than regular restaurants, but the food is very good. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff is professional, ready to help, and always smiling. I have stayed here 3-4 times already and will book again.
