洛和洛拉酒店(Lol et Lola Hotel)

My friends and I had 2 rooms. Mine was a single on the fourth floor. Neither room was similar to the bright colorful photos, and neither was as clean as expected. The tiles in my bath had a smeared soap film over the entire shower and sink area. The carpet was worn in the rooms and hall. My 4th floor room had a skylight which opened but no other window.

Mooie kamer, vriendelijk personeel, originele inkleding, maar het was echt warm op te de kamer en de kamer was echt niet geluidsdicht zoals beweerd in de beschrijving. Je kon de buren gewoon horen babbelen door de muur heen.

Très bon accueil à l'arrivée, bilingue anglais /roumain.Réception ouverte jour et nuit.Nous avions la chambre you rock pour une nuit...Les photos font paraitre les chambres plus grande. Chambre charmante et calme. Literie confortable, salle de bain agréable avec douche à l'italienne. Nous n'avons pas tester le petit déjeuner car un départ à 4h du matin.Néanmoins la réceptionniste nous à offert un café bien que l'espace petit déjeuner,qui à l'air cosy, était fermé. Geste sympathique de sa part. L’hôtel est proche du centre (piata unirii), 15mn à pied et de l'UMF. L'entrée n'est pas forcément évidente car assez peu indiquée. Le prix est correct, la chambre confortable.

Top notch hotel, extremely comfortable with amazing service from the staff, good breakfast, private parking. We would definitely come back!

A friendly welcome greets you at this hotel. We were able to check in early and our room was the movie themed room. Great individuality. Room clean and bed comfy. Kettle and safe provided with an option to get an ironing board from reception if needed. Good quality shower with complimentary shower gel. Air con worked well in the room. Breakfast was of a good standard with a varied selection and the coffee was very good too! Staff very friendly and helpful. We asked for directions to the salt mines and the lady helped with bus timetables and locations Would definitely stay here again 👍

First off, I like to start off by saying it is a funny and very clean hotel. Also, I didn’t think that it was possible to have a service like this in Romania. I've been in many hotels, but this was by far the best service I have been given. It is clear that it is possible even in Romania to receive great service, but I bet they have been outside Romania and saw that it counts to be customer-oriented. The key to success is to pay attention to your customers’ needs and they have done exactly that. They have done an outstanding service. I wish people would follow their example. Thank you again for being different than the rest of the hotels that we have been visiting in Romania. Great job and keep up the good work.
